My mom lived at Oxford Springs in Weatherford for almost 2 years before she passed away. All of her basics needs were always met above and beyond of what I expected. More than anything though, the genuine love that this administration has for the residents is unmatched! They know each one personally and will go to the ends of the earth to make sure they have what they not only need, but want. I didn’t come across one staff member that wasn’t always friendly and helpful. When my mom was in the process of passing, between Layne and Stephanie they stayed for almost 48 hours straight. That’s not a job to someone, that’s people who love and care deeply for people. The building was always clean, smelled great, and pretty. It felt like home the minute I walked in. There’s always something for the residents to do! Bingo, nails, crafts, bible study I could go on and on about how happy I am that I found this community for my mom! It was truly a blessing to my family.

Oxford Springs Of Weatherford has been amazing for my sweet Mother. The staff have been so accommodating in making her feel so welcome. Oxford Springs has been a godsend! Kind words, gentle spirits, and great care, I cannot recommend this place enough. They truly care about their residents and it is evident in their smiles. It’s a cozy family atmosphere and I’m so blessed that my mom is there. Stephanie, Kayla, Maddy have been essential to getting my mom comfortable in her new surroundings. The rest of the staff is there to help with whatever is needed as well. There are not enough words to express how thankful my family is that we’ve found a HOME for my mom.

After working 22 years in the field of gerontology, I've been to facilities across the state. In our hometown, we have 2 assisted living facilities. After visiting both OS was a clear choice. We witnessed smiles from staff and residents everywhere! A loving touch or encouraging word was offered freely! The facility was clean and met the needs of all. We made the right and best decision by choosing OS! The plan of care has changed as needed. Activities are not only for the residents, but the family also is entertained!

I have never been around a facility that gave such great care and attention to my dad ! Stefanie and her staff where very compassionate and helpful throughout my dad’s stay at Oxford! Stefanie sat with us through out the night with hospice care ! She and Taylor gave dad attention that you would not receive anywhere else! And after dad passed they didn’t stop and help us in anyway possible!

Oxford Springs Weatherford is an excellent place. My grandfather felt at home and the staff went above and beyond what they are required to help him get through tough times . The administrator Stephanie is absolutely amazing. She made sure he had good meals, proper care and hygiene, and in his last days she was by his side 24 hrs a day. After having my grandfather in another facility and then moving him to Oxford we noticed not only the quality of care he was getting was better but his mental and physical state improved. They are always having activities and conversing with other residents. I would highly recommend Oxford

This was the perfect place for my brother! They are all vey caring and fun! My brother had dementia, but was never treated in a different manner. He was spoiled by the staff and he was quite happy there! I tried another facility before bringing him to Oxford Springs. That was a bad decision on my part. So, I was extremely happy after moving him here! I tell everyone how great it is!

We chose Oxford Springs because they have the care that my mother-in-law needs, and the price was reasonable. The service that Kayla provided when she took us on a tour is high quality. She met us on a Sunday afternoon, at our convenience. Stephanie was over-accommodated, helping us with all the paperwork and communicating exceptionally well with our family. The place is nice and beautiful and as we were touring, I knew immediately this was the place for her. The facility looked great, not too big, and not too small. Kayla, Stephanie, and Taylor have gone above and beyond, as well as all the other staff. The activities are exceptional too. The courtyard area is wonderful so she can spend time outside. She feels safe and well-cared for and loves her room, furnished with her own possessions. My family and I have confidence in the staff who meets her needs each day and night, providing the care she needs when we knew we couldn’t care for her at home after her stroke. I am impressed with the loving attention that each caregiver provides so that she is comfortable. I'm so glad we have this facility in Weatherford and the wonderful people who work there, from administrators and professional medical team to kitchen and housekeeping providers. I can recommend Oxford Springs with confidence to anyone facing the difficult decision to move a loved one to that next level of care.

My mother is currently in hospice care at Oxford Springs. The care and concern by the staff is excellent. We are very appreciative. I can’t say enough other than thank you. I recently had a friend in another facility in another part of the state and there is no comparison to the care here at OS. We are also very grateful for the excellent care being given by The Good Shepherd Hospice care team. We have all of the best players for my mom.

My mother is not always an easy person to get along with, the staff here goes above and beyond the call of duty to help her be happy. The director is very involved with staff and residents and that shows in a low turnover rate. As a pastor I am in a lot of facilities and this is the very best by far.
