This place? It's good for your parents who can't fend for themselves. But for people who know what is still going on in this world? Hell nah! I was one of the young ones (55), very independent was told of this (being independent) to the staff upon taking the "tour". Basically I was "brainwashed" into thinking this place would be great. Hell nah! I can tell you stories about this place. They weren't up front! I told them that I didn't want to share a room with anyone (being in a nursing home) will do that for almost 2 years. Yet I was placed with an annoying man whom I never got along with. We had 4 confrontations. On the 5th one, had his daughter and the administrator confront me in the dining room re: our past incidents. They even had the police summoned at me. After various issues I asked them for my 30 day notice. After receiving the notice & reading it, they had the audacity to write the reason for my discharge as "I was a threat to others & to myself ". No, my brief time here was tumultuous. Poor decision on my part to come here. Also the fact that I receive more money from my disability than many there and charged more didn't set well with me! When I asked if I can have my own room at the rate I was paying, was told I had to pay more! Really? I already payed almost twice than most people there! No, I don't recommend this place.

I meet Rosa Lara on the day I walked in. She was so sweet and super helpful. I couldn't have done this without her. She explained everything to me. From the beginning to the end. Was able to contact her at anytime when I had questions. The staff is just as sweet. I got a smile of warmth and compassion from the whole place and everyone. I would highly recommend this place. My mother recently was admitted Simpatico Cielo Vista. It was a difficult decision to make, but the staff and the environment at this location, made it an easy an easy decision. From the director, Patty Torres, to the sales director, Rosa Lara, and to all the wonderful support staff that greeted us upon arrival, you made us feel like family. I know I made the right decision by bringing my mother to this assisted living facility to help her in her new transition in life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for making us feel welcomed!

I made a stop by Simpatico Cielo Vista without an appointment about a month ago. I was searching to find a place for my elderly aunt. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. I didn't have an appointment, but Rosie reached out to marketing sales Director, who had some free time to give me a quick tour or the facility. Suggested I make an appointment and return with my aunt. She took me through the building explained what was available for the residents and showed me a few vacant rooms. Also she gave me a great tour answered all my questions as I tried to answer all of her as well. I was impressed that even though I had no appointment scheduled for a tour, she took time to give me a tour. As I walked through the building it smelled cleaned. As we approached the dining area the kitchen, the food smelled tasty. Everyone greeted me with a hello. It has been one month since my aunt moved into the facility. The staff has been very supportive and receptive to my aunts needs and very caring. Also assisting her and family members with any concerns. They are easy to speak to and very flexible in finding solutions as needed. The residents and have been very friendly and kind and welcoming my Aunt during this transition. Recently, we celebrated my aunt's birthday, and the staff (Patty other staff) was just so wonderful in assisting and guiding us showing us areas where we could set up for her celebration. Staff helping us the day of her celebration. The residents always seem to be happy in this community environment. They offer a variety of activities and all the staff from nurses, Housekeeping Maintenance, bathing, and laundry crew to name a few have been amazing, so caring. It reflects on their daily passion for what they do for residents with much care, patience and joy. My hat goes out to each and every staff member. It takes a village to care for others you must have the heart to care for our loved ones entrusted in their care. The Chef and cook have been wonderful patient and flexible working with my aunt eating needs going the extra mile after having to set up so many meals for all the other residents. I toured this facility 15 years ago with a class I was attending at UTEP I'm so happy and pleased to see that this facility is still serving our community needs. I know ownership has changed since I last visited the facility and gradually working on updates. I know rooms, bathrooms still need to he painted windows and bathrooms. I'm looking forward to these changes not only for my Aunt but for all the residents because this has now become their new homes, Thank you to all the staff and Simpatico Cielo Vista for welcoming my aunt and her family through this chapter in her life and t pleasant smooth and comforting because this has now become their new homes, Thank you to all the staff and Simpatico Cielo Vista for welcoming my aunt and her family through this chapter in her life and the transition Pleasant, smooth, and comforting for all of us to walk this new journey with her.

The staff is great. They care for their residents. They have round the clock nurses and staff that take care of the residents needs. Rosa Lara is exceptionally helpful and goes above and beyond to help. The ladies up front and admin are very nice and helpful.

Cannot say enough nice things about this place and the entire staff. My Aunt recently moved in and they have taken terrific care of her and all of her needs. Rosa was instrumental in getting my aunt moved in and comfortable. Since I live in Houston, she keeps me posted on important issues. We could not have done it all without her. My aunt is in a safe and wonderful community and she looks very happy. I could not ask for more than that.

We love mom’s home! The facility is well known for its beautiful building and manicured landscape on the outside. But on the inside is filled with many loving, caring and respectful employees, who care for my mother every day. They provide assistance at the appropriate level to keep my mom independent, and living in her apartment. The environment is positive and friendly, as well as quality healthcare provided. Thank you to all the staff and management at Simpatico.

Rosa, Maria and the rest of the staff (we encountered) take the time to show you everything and answer any questions asked. The front desk area and throughout the hallways are decorated with personal seasonal touchs and reflects the residents' personalities and accomplishments. For example, their military wall to honor our veterans. It is a large facility but the communal spaces feel intimate and personal like your abuela's house. The individual room sizes are adequate even when shared with a roommate and the restrooms are of decent size as well.

Amazing service! Rosa L., went above and beyond to help our family even before my mother was enrolled. The entire staff was courteous and very welcoming. The vibe in the facility was very friendly and the staff looked like they actually were enjoying their jobs! Putting a loved one in an assisted living facility is always a difficult choice with many unknowns, but having been there and meeting the entire staff, made it an easier decision. We know Mom is in great hands ™.

I am a veteran and I have worked over 30 years in property management. This is one of the most well managed properties I have had the pleasure of experiencing! The staff is caring and attentive to their clients. I am at ease knowing that my love one is in this facility. I have always been a secret fan of Ricky because during very stressful times, he has always shown compassion along with professionalism, these two qualities are very difficult to maneuver continuously. He does it, effortlessly. I was so impressed by this organization by how they handled the Covid-19 pandemic. How they handled the entire situation from keeping family members informed to protecting the clients. Again, my heartfelt thank you to this organization and the staff members!!

The atmosphere at Simpatico Cielo Vista has undergone a complete change for the better ever since Ricky took over as the new director. With his leadership and very spirited attitude, I have witnessed his staff members appear to have better morale and a more positive work attitude towards each other and especially towards the facility residents. It also appears that the residents feel more at home with the very festive decorations for the various special occasions that Ricky and his staff volunteer to undertake. There's not a better place and how do I know it's true because my 77-year-old uncle I've been in at least five to six homes and he says this is his favorite place one of the girls was in the room yesterday and it's all about personal relationships she comes in talking to my uncle and she's rubbing his shoulder and saying kind things to him and then I told her that this is why this place is so wonderful because everybody cares they consistently bring water or milk to my uncle's room if my uncle wants to walk to the dining room they they walk behind them with the wheelchair and it's the safest transaction you can ever have from going from wheelchair to the shower chair Andre is second to none the head nurse Maria came in the other day rubbing my uncle's shoulder it's a dream come trule being there. The only thing bad is that you can't give more stars than five because they deserve a hundred Stars
