Was a little frustrating with the new sign in system. We couldn't reach bc we are both in wheelchairs. They were willing to help and did- but the nurse who helped stayed "well this is what we have". I did tell her that I was only giving her info to pass on that it would be nice if they were made handicapped accessible. But everyone was kind and we are very staified with out Moms care

Brookdale, Cape Cod has such a welcoming feeling the minute you walk in you can just feel the good vibes in the air. I was so impressed with the center the staff was very welcoming and I must say they are very lucky to have such an amazing executive Director Elise.Cecil. Elise is just lovely and was very thorough about everything in the community and so helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to have a family member move in to Brookdale, at Cape Cod.

Very happy with the loving care my friend gets at Brookdale Cape Cod. The staff in the memory care unit are very attentive to everyone's individual needs and they do an excellent job of engaging residents in a wide range of activities through the day. And they have a great chef and the meals are exceptional.

I especially appreciated the automated sign in system which takes temps without using a thermometer. The receptionist had a non judgmental attitude about the mask wearing and Simply asked if I needed one. No other private information was required. I would give it 5 stars if there were no questions asked about my health status or Covid symptoms.

Relaxed and hyggelig (cozy)! Saw many residents engaged in activities with each other and was was greeted warmly everywhere. Residents looked fit and healthy for their age. Beautiful garden with fire pit, where one can enjoy the Cape Cod stars at night.

My Aunt lives at Brookdale, Hyannis and I can say that the staff and the environment are really wonderful. I thought the video was great! I would highly recommend taking a tour, or just visiting to get a feel for the vibe. It is cheerful and very cozy.

Mom had a great respite stay at this community. The staff took great care of her and I felt comfortable with her staying here. This is a locked community and they keep it well maintained. The food is good and they do offer daily activities. We will be using this community again for a respite stay. I would recommend this community.

Brookdale Cape Cod is a great place to work. Everyone is always happy, the facility is clean and all the residents I have seen are happy. I love how they had orientation for four days, unlike my previous place of employment. Also new Resident Care Associates are able to train with other more experienced RCAs. Orientation was long, but had a lot of useful information. Nicole is a wonderful and nice person and I am glad to be working under her. All the other department heads and departments,and Resident Care Associates are wonderful and are very welcoming. Please give yourself a pat on the back! I was hesitant on joining Brookdale Cape Cod's team because I only had about nine months under my belt, and the previous facility I worked at we did not administer/ pass medications out to your residents. After orientation was over I felt confident that I could do anything my mind was set on. Keep up the great work everyone!
