It's been a dry year. The "falls" aren't falling. There is a lot of poison oak on the "trail" which is not well maintained. It was still nice to explore something local and I'll go back in early Spring to check it out. The trail entry is hard to find. Drive past where maps says it is and park in the ball fields on the left then walk to the bike path. About .3 miles down the path you will find the trail head.

This place is quite confusing to find as google maps will take you to Linda Falls parking lot but after that we were clueless to where to start as there was nobody around around to ask. Ther were no signs. We then took a chance on a nice lady walking the street whontols us where to go. Hopefully my directions and photos will help. Coming up the hill from Napa you will pass a sign that says Pacific Union college and then a city sign that says Angwin. Immediately turn LEFT into the gravel parking lot of the baseball field. There is a porta potty only bathroom before the trail. Leaving the parking lot cross the street and walk along the bike path facing the opposite direction of the traffic. You will be on side of the road where the pacific union college sign is on. Contine to see a bike sign for a bike path. This where you will walk down to sign of the beginning of the Linda Falls sign. The path is concrete will rock for about 5min. You will cross a little fence bridge see pic. Once you see the Linda Falls sign preserve please look at map and do not eat any wild mushroom. You will meet up wit Linda falls sign once. And the another Linda falls 2nd time. The 2nd Linda Falls sign trail become quite slippery in the dry dirt. Will need to hike small steps. Make sure you have good grip shoes. There are lot of branches and rocks on the trail that will help you along the trail. When you get down to Falls its a pretty small area. It gets full fast people. So make sure you go early especially before 11am. The hike is about 20 minutes to the falls then 20 minutes back. I'd say its best for children 5 and above. Infants are not recommend holding them or in carriers. The trail gets small. At the Falls at this time was trickle. But it was fun to get out. There are lots of boulders to climb around I would recommend after some good rain. Hopefully this help you get to this Falls. Enjoy this quick hike.

So happy to finally be able to cross this hike off my bucket list. It was certainly worth the wait. It’s not a long hike, but there is a little bit of climbing on rocks, especially towards the end I suggest wearing good shoes with traction The scenery along the way to the falls is lovely and changes throughout the hike. Meadows, fir trees, boulders, and ponds! We made it to the Falls on the last day of April. I would think that during the summer they wouldn’t be flowing as greatly as they were now. Sitting below the falls was majestic. We also did the hike at the fork of the road, which eventually ends due to all the brush on the trail, and it was lovely as well with a beautiful pond

Nice easy hike with a beautiful view of the waterfall the only thing is u need to park at a baseball park nearby first time i went i was confused as to where i could park my car and u follow the bike trail im not sure if this makes sense but incase this makes it easier for somebody i wanted to write a review

The falls where beautiful when we found them. The hike down was a bit aggressive with all the rain but we made it none the less. I would recommend doing some Google maps scouting as we parked at a baseball diamond about 1/4 mile from the trail head; this is the only spot to park. There is plenty of signage along the trail to keep you going but none of it it indicates how much further. Would be great information to have! You are hiking down a mountain so it is mostly rock and steep grade but very manageable. We did it in a rain storm; I dont really recommend that but it made the falls better when we got there!

This is a stunning waterfall in the valley that’s not widely known, even by the locals and those nearby. It’s a bit of a challenge with some loose gravel, but it’s definitely worth the effort!

Finding the trail was difficult but trail itself is fun. It was raining when we started. Recommend good tread shoes. Trail is less than a mile but challenging at times. Park next to the tennis courts.

Short hike and nice falls. There was quite a bit of water mid February. Not sure what it would be like in summer. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because the area at the falls is not very big and there isn't much room to hang out. There were 6 other people there besides us and it was kind of crowded. There isn't parking at the trailhead, but you can park at the community college by the baseball field. It was a five minute walk back down the street to the bike path. Then about five minutes to the falls trailhead. And about 15 minutes to the falls. The trail is rocky, narrow, and steep in some places. Worth the trip, but not somewhere you can spend the day at. We combined it with visits to nearby Bothe Napa Valley State Park and Bale Grist Mill State Park.

The waterfall is absolutely breathtaking right now. Strong flow! Trail is half way shaded. Loose gravel. You are climbing/walking over rocks at some points so wear grippy shoes. It took us 20 minutes to get to falls and about 30 minutes back cause we were tired. On the sign it says beware of bears. No sightings of bears but bring bear spray just in case.

Angwin is gorgeous. I went this weekend so it was a lean season. The waterfall was a trickle but I would love to visit it during spring. The hike is not too long. A bit steep on return. There was ample parking by the baseball field. Not crowded. Only say a few people. There are few more trails in the area.

We got a little lost looking for the entrance, really helped once I downloaded the Alltrails app. You can start at the bike route sign, walk along Falls Road until you get to the big sign for the trail. Then you are on your way, follow the subsequent signs to get to the falls. Recommend wearing better shoes than sneakers. Once you get to the falls, they are quite nice!

Hidden Gem. No specific parking lot available for Linda falls. You can park on the road side or tennis court parking lot. No restroom area. Trail start closer to the roadside but you have follow the biking sign. Once you reach Linda falls sign board then simply follow the trail. Its not a easy tail for toddlers. Safe trail. There are places where its bit slippery. Bit rocky too. Water falls is beautiful. Yes its a hidden Gem. We met only one family during 90 min stay. Water is super cold but your fell will love it. Best place for a day trip. Drive from San Francisco to Napa is treat to your eyes.

11/14/21. Plenty of water; no people. This place is above the fog line of Napa Valley, gets good morning sun, and felt warmer than Napa; making this is a great first stop on the daily itinerary. It's a short hike, but it has some incline. After playing around climbing the big rocks at the water fall, I was hot on a 57 degree day. We found it easily. Google has the "bike path" entrance pinned. Park at the tennis courts/ baseball fields.

Easy to moderate hike. Very short. But it's step going down. Have good shoes on. The waterfall was dry but a trickle. Still beautiful. Park across the stree at the baseball fields and walk to the right of the orange house and you will see the bike trail sign. From there just follow the signs.

Easy hike with a big payoff! When we visited in March the falls were flowing very nicely. Be careful, but you can climb down to the stream and get a better view of the falls! You can park along the road by the trailhead. Bring a map and pay attention as there are a few turnoffs on the trail.

The trail marker on the map is in the correct location at the start of the trail. There is very very limited parking at the trailhead and guest are encouraged to avoid parking in residential driveways near the trail. Parking is better just a little further North on Howell Mnt Rd. The trail is clearly marked and quite easy to the top of the waterfall area. The hike to foot of the falls is down steeper terrain which can be wet and slippery in winter months.

Park on the shoulder by the baseball field and you will see a sign for bike path across the street by the beige (some ppl say salmon) colored house. Basically right where its marked on the map. Fyi the trailhead does say no dogs at all, leashed or unleashed. It says there are cameras but I didn't see any ™. The falls were beautiful! It was short hike, about a mile. Downhill on the way in and so it makes for some good exercise on the way out. Wear good footwear and maybe bring a towel in case you try to venture onto the rocks for pictures lol.

Easy trail & pretty falls! Good for kids & family! The Google location was not correct. It was not at the back of the Linda Falls Terrace. You have too drive forward to meet the trailhead at Corn Creek. We spent some time to figure that out. Hopefully Goggle used my edited map location

Take bike path at south, lowest, edge of town across from baseball fields, there's a large sign where you go off bike trail. Wear proper hiking footwear as there is significant area on path that are steep enough with gravel & some falls rocks were quite slippery. It's beautiful.

It's a beautiful area right in the middle of Angwin yet far enough away from any structures that it feels like you're farther out than you are. Great for walking dogs or cooling off near the falls in the summer.
