My husband has been here two weeks, and his words I’m content’ He has Alzheimer’s. He continues to keep stimulated, with the various activities. He was happy to sit in his chair all day at home. At Aspen he is up and about, even doing the daily chair exercises which is amazing. And for myself, I was spent, I hadn’t realized just how much. I’m still regenerating, and finding my joy’, which I didn’t realize I had lost. Now I’m his wife once again, and Aspen is now his caregiver. The entire staff is very kind, thoughtful, and serene. I’m so glad I now have Aspen for both of us in different ways.

I would highly recommend Aspen Grove. We have had 3 relatives in the memory impaired unit over the last eight years. Most of the staff are caring, cheerful, and hardworking. One aunt had to be moved with a lift the last 2 years. She never got a bed sore and was taken to the table and fed every meal. The building is beautiful, sunny, and kept clean. My little 4 year old granddaughter thought it was a hotel! Thanks for caring compassionately for our loved ones Aspen Grove staff!

So happy we found Aspen Grove for my mom. We always thought my mom would stay with us (she lived with us for 12 years) but sadly we had to make the decision to move her out for her own safety. We toured a couple of places but none of them would do. Then I walked into Aspen Grove and what a difference from the other places. Bright, cheery and clean. This was the place for mom! There are plenty of activities for the residents to participate in and all of the aides are super friendly. Sadly mom needs more care now so we had to make the decision to move her out but we’re thankful for the time she was able to be there. We will miss Denise at the front desk, always with a smile a personal greeting, Kerri, Jada, Laura and sweet Debbie who cleans the residents rooms.

Aspen Grove is a very clean facility in a quiet setting that is in a central location to the community. The staff is kind and encouraging to the patients and always friendly. There is a check-in/check-out process but it’s easy and fast. Nothing but good things to say about them.

I needed assistance finding the resident I came to visit and was taken to her by a most courteous receptionist. As I sat with my friend, she and I were cheerfully greeted by several staff members. Such a welcoming atmosphere.

Aspen Grove came highly recommended by many friends who have had family members that have had the privilege to stay there. Our Mother is so happy here. The care she receives is top notch. The event coordinator is amazing and keeps everyone active and engaged. I know that if our Mother was not in such great hands that she would not be doing this well . Good morning, I have noticed a strong urine smell in hall 200. It has been 2 weeks, I mentioned it to a couple of your employees and they said they are working on it. Can you tell me what is going on with that? Also mom's enhanced support rate went up and I believe she is not getting as much care from Aspen as she was. Hospice has been taking care of her showers, bed changing and other things for about 8 months.

My husband has been a resident for almost two years in Magnolia Trails. He has been on hospice care since last August. There seems to be a disconnect with management and staff on hospice providing supplies for him, as I am asked to provide what he needs repeatedly. My biggest concern is the increase of costs. I paid for May and June and on the July billing they added an additional $1129.03 charges for those two months even though I had already paid. No explanation or communication as to why. I was told charges would increase $1000 for July, but nothing of additional charges for previous months. Obviously their communication and management leave a lot to be desired!

I was at Aspen Grove today for Richard Wiedmann’s birthday party, and I am very impressed with how well Aspen Grove is taken care of!!! It is very beautiful and clean!!!! Mom has been at AG almost a year now and we are completely happy with the facilities and staff. Mom always talks about having just the right amount of activity for her...and how much she likes the food and the friends she's made. We're very comfortable she's receiving great personal care at Aspen Grove. It was the perfect choice for mom.

I took my wife out of the facility 4 days into the month after numerous problems, with some corrected, but I was not happy that these problems occurred. I would not recommend this facility to anyone to take their loved one there.

The Aspen Grove team has shown great compassion and care. Our family is very pleased with the professionalism and patience shown in helping us understand the process in the Aspen Grove approach to managing the memory care service. The first 3 months of time at the new residence, for mom, has given our family comfort knowing she is in good hands. The residence is very well kept, always clean and bright. The effort put toward keeping mom engaged has been very good. We are thankful for the happy greeting from Denise at reception desk, the incredible approach to caregiving shown by Lexi, Christine, Tiffany, Louis, Tabitha, Carol and the rest of the team. We look forward to meeting more staff and becoming familiar with more names. Thank you all for all your work!

My mom was there for about 2 and a half years. I loved all the staff and how much love and care they showed my mom. Unfortunately she had to move but not for anything they did or didnt do. It was heartbreaking because she loved them too.

When my wife Jan was ready for a facility, I looked first at Aspen Grove: it was close to home, and they had a stellar reputation from friends. Every person on staff, from Lisa Jordan, the manager, to the lady doing janatorial work has been nothing but kind and helpful. I am thankful every day for this first-class facility and the most kind and caring folks who work there.
