My husband has been a resident for almost two years in Magnolia Trails. He has been on hospice care since last August. There seems to be a disconnect with management and staff on hospice providing supplies for him, as I am asked to provide what he needs repeatedly. My biggest concern is the increase of costs. I paid for May and June and on the July billing they added an additional $1129.03 charges for those two months even though I had already paid. No explanation or communication as to why. I was told charges would increase $1000 for July, but nothing of additional charges for previous months. Obviously their communication and management leave a lot to be desired!

Good morning, I have noticed a strong urine smell in hall 200. It has been 2 weeks, I mentioned it to a couple of your employees and they said they are working on it. Can you tell me what is going on with that? Also mom's enhanced support rate went up and I believe she is not getting as much care from Aspen as she was. Hospice has been taking care of her showers, bed changing and other things for about 8 months.

Mom has been at AG almost a year now and we are completely happy with the facilities and staff. Mom always talks about having just the right amount of activity for her...and how much she likes the food and the friends she's made. We're very comfortable she's receiving great personal care at Aspen Grove. It was the perfect choice for mom.

I took my wife out of the facility 4 days into the month after numerous problems, with some corrected, but I was not happy that these problems occurred. I would not recommend this facility to anyone to take their loved one there.

The Aspen Grove team has shown great compassion and care. Our family is very pleased with the professionalism and patience shown in helping us understand the process in the Aspen Grove approach to managing the memory care service. The first 3 months of time at the new residence, for mom, has given our family comfort knowing she is in good hands. The residence is very well kept, always clean and bright. The effort put toward keeping mom engaged has been very good. We are thankful for the happy greeting from Denise at reception desk, the incredible approach to caregiving shown by Lexi, Christine, Tiffany, Louis, Tabitha, Carol and the rest of the team. We look forward to meeting more staff and becoming familiar with more names. Thank you all for all your work!

My mom was there for about 2 and a half years. I loved all the staff and how much love and care they showed my mom. Unfortunately she had to move but not for anything they did or didnt do. It was heartbreaking because she loved them too.

We got to know the wonderful team at Aspen Grove because of the need of helping our Beloved Marlene, Thomas sister. From the minute I spoke with Lexi, Aspen Grove, seriously, started helping us. Marlene has received wonderful care and when she had to go to the hospital, their care didnt stop, they help guide us through and worked hard to help get Marlene home. They proved wonderful around the clock care. Michelle, one of her head nurses, with Lexi, keep us updated almost everyday. Aspen works to find things that Marlene likes to eat, that way it helps her and us knowing they take that time. Its a wonderful caring and love place for her and us. Thank you EVERYONE at ASPEN GROVE!

When my wife Jan was ready for a facility, I looked first at Aspen Grove: it was close to home, and they had a stellar reputation from friends. Every person on staff, from Lisa Jordan, the manager, to the lady doing janatorial work has been nothing but kind and helpful. I am thankful every day for this first-class facility and the most kind and caring folks who work there.

I work at here at Aspen Grove. It is a very nice place of employment. We have wonderful staff and great residents. I have worked in the health care industry for 15 years, and this is by far the one of the nicest assisted living facilitys around. Our residents come first, We will do everything we can to keep them happy and healthy as that is whats most important. Unfortunately we can not please everyone, But we sure do try our best to.

I work at aspen grove its a great place one of the best that I have worked in. The place is kept clean and fresh spelling. Lots of smiley faces. At aspen we arent perfect but we do try our best to make sure its the best of or residents. But theres not perfect place anyways. WE LEARN AS WE GO AND AS SOME MAY SAY WE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES AND NOT A DAY GOES BY THAT SOMEONE LEARNS SOMETHING NEW. Love my job and they people that live there.

Aspen Grove is a great facility full of caring and dedicated staff. The residents are treated as if they were the parents or grandparent of the staff working there. I have been visiting the facility for over three year now and can say with confidence that they have assembled a wonderful team of caregivers to provide a superior quality of experience.

Aspen Grove is a life changing place to work for. You get to see people at all walks of life who live here. with many different stories and experiences. They melt your heart when they tell you about some of there struggles in life. These same people turn out to be some of the most positive encouraging leaders we have that live here. You never know each day the small chore you might do for a resident how it could possibly be a life changing experience for them. If we could all give these residents about an extra five minutes of our time I think all our lives would change. We would be more grateful with what is instead of what could be. My Mom Suzanne Byrne, Is a New Resident, March 23,2020 She Moved Into Aspen Grove After My Dad Passed Away February 22, 2020. Moms Studio Apartment Was Filled With Her Things From Home, Everything From Furniture To Curio Cabinets Filled With Treasured Knick Knacks To Television Stereo, To Pictures Of Loved Ones, All To Make It Her Own To Make Moms Transition Easier! My Sister, Michele I Believe Mom Is Thriving And Hopefully Will Become That Social Butterfly Once Again!! Thank You Aspen Grove For Making Our Transition Along With Moms Alot Easier! The new director Lisa is competent and approachable. Every time I have brought a problem to her attention, she has addressed the problem and works quickly and efficiently to solve it. Most of the staff are caring, cheerful, and hardworking. The building is beautiful, sunny, and kept clean. My little 4 year old granddaughter thought it was a hotel! Thanks for caring compassionately for our loved ones Aspen Grove staff!

My father was a resident at Aspen Grove for 7 1-2 years until his passing 3 weeks ago. The staff made my life easier, I never had to worry about my dad. The whole staff loved him cared for him like he was a member of their own family. I would recommend Aspen Grove to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one.

I get to bring my dog because they don't have a size limit. The staff is extremely fast in responding to the needs of my relative when I ask. The nurses and aides love what they do and I never heard them complain. The facility itsself is open and there a lot of spaces for a place to sit down and chat. I'm really glad my relative is there and well taken care of. They accept ideas from families and are encouraging families to be more involved with patient care. Their grounds outside are nice and the lawn is well trimmed. Inside is extremely clean and well-maintained.

The staff is always making sure that my mother is staying busy and not just in her room all day. They have lots of activities planned for them throughout the week and motivate them to interact with other residents. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this community.

Based on my quick tour that i took it was a good community. The tour guide was smart and answered my questions. I was given all the proper information needed for the community. Activities are offered along with a beautician on site if needed. Overall my tour went okay and the community was clean when i was there.

FOOD IS NOT THE SAME QUALITY AS WEBSITE AND BROCHURE. A LOT OF SANDWICHES AND FAST FOOD TYPE MEALS. ONLY BEEN A RESIDENT FOR 2 WEEKS, SO WILL NEED TO RE-EVALUATE RATING OF FOOD IN A FEW WEEKS.
