Our experience at Brookdale MediPark West has been wonderful for our 94 year old mother who has been a resident there for 4 years. The staff is caring, responsive and capable. Meals are very good. Plenty of activities to keep her occupied, she has made friends there! Close proximity to hospitals and medical facilities / Dr offices is a real plus, and the transportation provided by the facility is awesome as well. Would highly recommend Brookdale MediPark West

We love Brookdale! It is such a beautiful place! When you walk in, you feel so warm and welcome. The staff there is amazing. The residents also make you feel at home! There's no better place for retirement living for sure! 🙂

Great staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure we have everything we need to make our stay feel like home. The dining hall is nice and they have a good menu. Would recommend Brookdale to anyone.

My mother-in-law has been here for about a month now. All of the staff has been very accommodating. Jera has been amazing with helping us set up doctor appointments and all the other little things she does that happen to be big things for us. So grateful for everyone who has helped in transitioning our mother into a wonderful environment she now calls home. God Bless

Micha and Casey are awesome to work with at Brookdale Medi Park. Facility is always very clean and all of the staff are super friendly. We feel very confident that they are taking great care of our uncle at Brookdale. Highly recommend this facility and would not hesitate to go there myself if I needed.

We searched many places to put Mother when she was looking for assisted-living, and we all felt disappointed in each one. When we went into Brookdale, we knew that was the place for her. We have been so pleased with Brookdale. The people there are very kind and friendly. Mother loves it there. She would love to go back home, but since she can’t, Brookdale is the best place for.

Brookdale is the most friendly place I've had dealings with my father in law was living there when he died at 90,they took care of him when he needed something and kept his room very clean.I plan on going there when I get older they take care of things and serve good food.

Pros: Very friendly and positive staff; Always available to address issues; Reasonable response; Personably involved with resident and sponsors; Beautiful community with everything imaginable. Easy access and events for everybody; Always make the effort to please. Cons: Director accepts all corporate policies without questioning and neglects adapting local policies; thus, misinformation passed down does not provide staff with implementable processes in some cases; medications were not "administered" but simply dropped off once or twice until questioned; questionable whether evacuation policy complies with state license requiring each resident to self-evacuate in a certain time; Weekly menus advertised were NOT what was served. Personal medications service paid monthly regardless of days NO service required due to hospital/rehabilitation stays elsewhere; No regular doctor visits; no licensed medical professionals at night; termination policy "punishes" dying and moving to higher skill levels.

My mother has lived at Brookdale MediPark West for almost 5 years and she loves it! She wouldn't consider living anywhere but there. She is always bagging on the management and staff about their love and concern for her care. I live 12 hours away and can't be with my mom as much as I would like, but I feel very comfortable knowing what a great loving team they have and the amazing care they give my precious mom. I have been in the Assisted Living industry for over 20 years and consider Brookdale Medi Park West one of the best...a perfect fit for my mom.

Lively place from the time we walked in the door. Residents visiting with each other and staff. The residents glowed, they appeared genuinely happy. The apartments are nice, updated safety bathrooms, very accessible. They only had one available room and I know why. Many amenities, activities.
