My Father and Mother at one time have been residents. My Mom has been there now for 4 years. She and I can't say enough about the Care and Compassion of Everyone there! It absolutely gives Me such a peace of mind to know I can depend on them when I am not there! Especially during this Virus. I want to THANK Everyone of You from the Bottom of My Heart!!

Three stars is for the kindness shown by almost every staff person I met. They were very nice and caring. Unfortunately, their lack of communication between shifts and orderlies is unacceptable. Also, although staff were always around it was difficult to get someone to respond when needed.

i worked here for 3 years. i loved my patients and carol was my supervisor. the nurses really care for their patients and go above and beyond for them. people here are so lonely. no one visits them anymore for holidays or birthdays. i was glad i could service these people and we all gave them a family to enjoy during their last days.

The best and wonderful place to work at Shannondale ... they are a wonderful employees and managements especially Mrs. Tara the Manager she is an energetic, dedicated and incredibly positive individual whom strives and achieves success in everything she does and all the lives she touches. her ability to adapt, learn and grow are admirable. . shannondale proud to have her . she is really an excellent team player and leader at the same time , and provide much value to the community, we love you Tara.

I I absolutely love going to work everyday just the joy I get from being around the residents that live there & helping them in anyway I possibly can & just seeing the smile on their face & how their eyes light up. When they see me makes my everyday worth it.no matter how bad I feel or what kind of day I'm having when I see the joy & happiness I give these people makes it all worth it.
