Terrible place. The RNs could be better especially [name removed]. [name removed] needs to do better with her attitude, especially toward staff, every-time I’ve walked the halls, all I see is her getting mad at staff because nobody has done the laundry or yelling at them for sitting because they are exhausted. In all reality she could help out. All staff should be helping!!! She’s not better than anyone there. There’s no teamwork ever. You should never have one person taking care of so many residents in one section it’s unfair and it’s neglectful towards the residents because there’s not enough helping hands. How do you expect staff to be happy to work there when all I’ve seen was [name removed] and other higher ups get upset at the staff for doing the best they can. I’m a family friend and I visit as much as I can and every time I come the higher ups are all rude to the younger generation and sit in their offices while the PCAs are overwhelmed when the pagers go off every second and basically running around. Help out! I may be old but I would never treat human beings with such disrespect.

Edgewood Vista is my first ever job and I love it. My whole family worked at Edgewood Vista and they loved it. The people you meet and talk to open their arms are welcoming in their homes and they feel safe that you are there to help and assist them as much as possible. So it is a great opportunity to work with these people. So thank you Edgewood Vista for everything.

They have nurses that frighten the residents. That is not good. They with extra food if the resident wants more.

Not happy at all with this. Things keep going down hill. Big promises and no results. Raised my folks rent and they cant even get their bed made or trash dumped. Not what they were promised in the beginning. Im very disappointed and cannot give a good recommendation. Soon of the staff is very uncaring. You can tell who is just there for the paycheck. I want to be able to leave there and know my parents are safe and well cared for. Just isnt happening.

I absolutely adored working at Edgewood Vista. Friendly residents, helpful coworkers- great atmosphere. They were all family to me, and they still are. I visit frequently. I love them all so very much.
