Horrible facility. They gave me a number to get hold of my mother. A couple months ago i had to call 15 times to finally get hold of someone. They fixed it for a couple months now same thing is happening. Her brother died last week an i called at least a dozen times to finally get hold of. I wven left a voice mail but no response. I taught the LTCP desination to insurance agents and conact w loved ones is imperative for their well being. They are to lazy to pick up the phone or check voice mail. I am a thousand miles away makes me wonder about her care. I am 100% sure you can find a better facility. Same problem today been calling all day to get hold of her straight to voice mail. They make ot obvious they dont want you to talk to residents. Why that is the question?

My 81 year old mother spent the last few months of her life in the memory care unit at Edencrest at Green Meadows, and other than being at home with her husband of 62 years, it was definitely the best place for her. The staff was compassionate, caring, and very attentive to her needs. I love how they treat residents like family and always call them by name when greeting them and providing care. It gave us peace to know she was in a safe place and well loved.
