Legacy Village is absolutely lovely! Searching for a place for my mom to land after her stroke was definitely a challenge. We were touring "Assisted Living" options, but at the last minute we were told that she absolutely needed "Memory Care" instead. What an emotional shock! I felt overwhelmed and confused since my mom would be discharged from her stroke rehab almost immediately and we had not considered any Memory Care at all. The executive director, Kasey, came to our rescue to make sure the empty room available had every thing our mom needed to feel at home. It was actually a blessing for all of us! I got to know Karen, the delightful greeter, who always made sure you signed in and informed you on how everything was going. I can't say enough on how wonderful the supporting care takers are. Macy, who works in memory care, is always ready with a loving hug and smile. Laurita, the activity director, is a pro in understanding exactly how to keep everyone entertained. And of course, with the medical team in charge from Nathan Russell, Boga, and Maria, you can be assured your loved one is in good hands. Kenny, the delightful bus driver always attentive that excursions were safe and fun! Without a doubt, Legacy of Hendersonville is a very special place for your loved one to land. I am truly thankful for all the loving care that was given to our mom.

Legacy Village was where my mom called home. I cannot express the profound amount of care they provided to her. She loved all of Legacy's staff and they treated her with the utmost care and like she was one of their own. The nursing staff worked hand in hand with me with her health and provided clear communication. The atmosphere at Legacy is warm and welcoming. There are activities daily for the residents and many holiday/special event themed parties which the residents are in attendance for. I have been a caregiver for 18 years for my mom and I fully recommend Legacy Village for your loved one. They will be treated with love, and the care is second to none. Thank you to the entire staff for their hard work.

I highly recommend you guys to anyone wanting their loved ones to be cared for in the way that we would like to have been able to care for them ourselves. We had a very difficult time finding a care facility for my mother Margaret who needed a secure memory care. Two other facilities failed to keep her safe, Legacy Village was an answer to our prayers. The experience with Kathleen and team including Casey and few others has been over the top helpful. In a very short time have been able to arrange the move into assisted living. Kathleen continues to make it effortless while it is a lot of paperwork and coordination - One can never start to early. Also meeting the residents can tell the care and concern offered to make this the place to be. Many activities to ensure the day is full including outings to stores and restaurants. I have lived in assisted living at Legacy Village Hendersonville for almost 2 years now. It was hard at first not being in my house and not having my car, but I am in a wheelchair so this is a perfect place for me. The staff is so caring and fun. The thing I am enjoying most is going out to lunch on Friday with side trips to get ice cream or just to go sightseeing. There are lots of activities if you want to be around others. Come visit to see what a beautiful place it is.

My Mother was excited as she found a place to live in Hendersonville again. She and my Dad owned a home in Hendersonville and she wanted to return to an assisted living place back in Hendersonville. The Activities and Social Experience has been a fabulous enrichment to our Moms living. They have a variety of activities and social events and help our Mom with engaging with other residents. I don’t think you could find a more welcoming environment from the initial visit to the staff. Shout out to all of the staff who will and are enriching our Mom’s experience in her new Home.

Legacy Village Of Hendersonville Assisted Living staff made this process as easy and comfortable as it could possibly beThe first time I walked through those doors I knew my search had ended Good vibes, perfect room size for dad and the staff was kind and understanding. My dad is finding his new normal and making friends with both other residents and staff. A big thank you to the administration, his nurses, his aids, the young man that cleans his room, the drivers, the maintenance guy, and especially that sweet girl with the always smiling face, that handles the front desk and phones When I leave my heart smiles, knowing we chose the right home for my dad.

I shopped around to several assisted living communities in Hendersonville / Gallatin area and by far this is the best. The Director Ali was so kind and asked how she could help and what our needs were. Several other places I went to just cared about how they were going to get paid and if we had the funds. Legacy Village is gorgeous inside and the staff from Natasia to Nathan the activities director are welcoming and always willing to answer any questions we may have. Can't say enough about the staff at Legacy. My mother loves it there , if I could give it 6 stars I would.

We recently placed my mother in law here at the legacy village we had toward the facility on several occasions we also toured 4 other locations before Place seen her here at the legacy the legacy staff was always very friendly and courteous even acknowledged every resident by name as we walk past them the other facilities that we visited never acknowledged one resident at all. The director here at legacy Jerome even offered to help us move the furniture the whole entire staff had been great they even help get my mother in law in place due to some setbacks that we had with her can not say enough about this place the cleanest of it the homie field when you go inside how the staff is very courteous to you and how they take care of my mother in law

Long review but I wanted to give a thorough one. I waited until my Mom was a resident for a couple months before I did this. We placed my Mom in the memory care unit of Legacy Village of Hendersonville during the holidays. Most people can attest that this decision is a tough one and there can be a bit of guilt or questioning whether you are doing the right thing. I'm over that now because I am very comfortable with Legacy Village of Hendersonville. We pop in at random times to check on Mom and my son brings her milkshakes randomly on his lunch break. We've never found the facility to be anything but clean, tidy, smelly or in any kind of turmoil. The employees are very pleasant and kind. I get calls with updates on her medicine needs and if there are any issues. My Mom fell 3 times during the holidays and they immediately sent her to ER to be checked out and notified me so I could be there. It was a medicine issue and we changed it immediately. The Executive Director, Allie Hill, is not adverse to getting her hands dirty and helping out. I walked in on her cleaning up after an accident, when they were short staffed during Christmas. I notice these things. Michelle Pace, sales & marketing director, sends me photos of my Mom doing different activities and I really appreciate it. Since we moved her in, my Mom is a lot more animated and funny. She smiles and sticks her tongue out at us more than she has in a long time. The tongue thing has been around for a long time and she usually does it when she's happy and trying to shock you. Our whole family thinks it's because she's getting more stimulation than when she was at home with a caregiver. They have an activity director for exercise and an in house physical therapy team. Their Doctor comes there and I don't have to confuse her by taking out for care. There's a salon and you can pay for hair styling. Something my Mom has not been able to go for in awhile. It was great to get her hair cut by a pro. Understand, NO facility is perfect. But the goal is to find the best one that you can afford. We picked this one, even though it's a 50 minute drive, because of numerous recommendations. I fully recommend Legacy Village of Hendersonville and Michelle Pace can guide you through this transition.

If you are looking to move a parent into assisted living or memory care, Main Street is the place! We had to move my father-in-law in last year, which was a big adjustment for many reasons. The staff at Main Street made the transition so seamless. We never worried about his care and it was evident that we became part of the Main Street family the day he moved in. Due to his health issues, we received many calls from the staff. They were wonderful with whatever news they had to share. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did for our family, through all the laughter and the tears. Nurse Rhonda will forever be a part of our family. We are so grateful for the time we had at Main Street and we highly recommend it if you have the need for assisted living or memory care facility.

We had to move our Mom from another assisted living facility in a short amount of time. I contacted Main Street and right from the beginning was very impressed with everyone I spoke with, especially Vicki Crooks the Sales Director. They made the move so easy and Vicki even came in on her day off because we had to move our Mom on a Saturday. From our first minutes in the Memory Care area we were very pleased, there were so many nurses, and techs there to help with those that called Main Street their home. We never saw even a tech in the assisted living she moved from. I would highly recommend Main Street for anyone that is looking for a home for their loved one. It’s a very hard decision to make in the first place, but when you know your loved one will be taken care of properly it makes it so much easier to choose the place for them.

My mother moved to Main Street from another facility when we needed them most. They are VERY caring and compassionate. They treat us like family and helped make what was an unexpected transition smooth. The nurses communicate well with me letting me know changes in my mother’s plan of care. The apartments are clean and the flooring in them is wood. Mother is regularly engaged in activities and is loving her new home. THANK YOU Main Street!! My father-in-law has been at Main Street for a few weeks now in the memory care unit. Whenever I call for an update, the person who answers the phone knows who he is and how he is doing. He has been able to listen to Johnny Cash, done mosaic crafts, dance contest and more. We even immediately got a call and report when he slipped and fell. They continue to give us great updates and take great care of him. This is extremely important during the pandemic since we haven’t been able to see him in person. We would definitely recommend Main Street for senior, assisted living care!!!
