What a bad choice, buyer beware. The turnover there is due to the bully of a nurse that works there. I have no idea why you would keep a rude, aggressive person with no empathy for any of the residents is beyond me. Most of the good people that were there have left due to that one nurse that works there. Even the patients know her by name. The social director that was there was excellent. He actually cared about the patients. Even the outsource nurse we had from an agency commented on how helpful and pleasant he was. All the patients loved him too. I'm so disappointed that a place like this is allowed to be run by a bully. There was a another employee that works there now I won't mention her position because then she will be gone. She always checked on our loved one. She went as far as making her a sandwich because she hadn't eaten all day. As stated by by another person. Get it right people KINDNESS MATTER.

I'm so ashamed that we chose this place for my godmother, she is miserable every day and cries. She states staff doesn't pay attention to their needs and are rude to the clients. Half the time I go in there to visit there's no staff at all. I'm so dumbfounded and disappointed that a place like this is allowed to be run. The first week they told my godmother to be put on a sedative, red flag right there. There's not even nursing on site tryout the day. Their meals are all frozen food and sandwhiches, nothing home cooked. Items get stolen out of the rooms aswell. Every week I go in a worker has either gotten fired or left on their own. Very sad sad SAD situation here. Get it right people KINDNESS MATTER.

Buyer beware - they promise great care but can not and did provide it. They were understaffed which is fine if they actually acknowledged it. My parent was not taken care of in a manner that should have been provided and they would get upset when my parent needed “care” that was promised. My parent was there for a reason and they could not provide care for elderly people at the time. It was not a good experience whatsoever!

They do an excellent job here overall, I'd give them top marks across the board! It's a nice looking, clean community, and they have a lot to provide their residents, in terms of both care and amenities. It is also worth mentioning that the chef here does an excellent job! The food is always very tasty!
