A huge eyesore from the outside in this St. Louis Hills community. Trash out in the front and neglected landscaping are not a representation of quality. It is a neglected area and one that requires clean-up. Please contact the St. Louis City refuse to get that trash can emptied (It is the can by the bus stop)!!!

I received a letter increasing my uncle's rent by 57%. It was first week of March to inform me the increase is in effect April 1st. I can understand the increase, but they should give a better advance notice so family has the option to make other arrangements. I am now rushing to find other options but forced to pay the high rental until then. I believe staff is fine but I have issues with management.

Charter Senior Living is such a wonderful place for senior living. It is bright and cheerful and very clean. The rooms are spacious and nice and the staff is friendly and caring. Their new Executive Director is exceptional. She cares for and knows all of her residents and makes sure that their home is always lovely and comfortable for them. There are so many fun activities planned that everyone has a chance to keep busy if they choose to do so. I only hope they have an open room when Im ready. I definitely recommend Charter Senior Living!

I was very impressed by my recent tour of Charter Senior Living Community. Staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Their chef prepared a great meal that accommodated my dads dietary restrictions. He liked the spacious rooms with large windows, ample closet space, and a private bath. The Executive Director took time to speak with us and answer our questions. The Activities Director went over the programs that interest my father. We both recommend visiting Charter Senior Living to experience this caring senior community.

Charter Senior Living is a true family environment. The Management and staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and engaged. The food and activities are amazing and tailored to each residents preferences. Apartments are bright and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this community.

Activities fun and frequent and varied. happy hour on Friday has top notch entertainment, Evening movie matinees daily with freshly popcorn Beautiful chapel and beauty shop.Respite rooms fully and stylishly decorated. Love this community. The leadership team is super engaged and have great attitudes. The food is yummy! Marsha is a tremendous baker. It is hard to pass up dessert. Lots of exciting things going on. Cannot wait to see the new Memory Care floor.
