I have had a very positive experience at Lake James Assisted Living. The environment is welcoming, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant place to live and spend time each day. The staff members are friendly, caring, and always willing to help when needed. Their kindness and positive attitudes make residents feel respected and valued. I have also enjoyed the food, which is consistently good and provides a variety of options. One of my favorite parts of living here is the socialization in the dining room. It gives residents an opportunity to connect, share conversations, build friendships, and enjoy meals together in a warm atmosphere. Overall, Lake James Assisted Living provides a supportive community with friendly staff, enjoyable meals, and meaningful opportunities for social interaction. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming assisted living environment.

Very friendly low key environment. They treat my mom great and she really likes being there. I am very thankful that she is happy there and being treated well. She is eating better and taking better care of herself. Very thankful for these people.

staff seems to be short-staffed all the time if you're smoking you must go outside all the time no matter how cold and although many people are in a wheelchair they do not have automatic door openers
