While my father lived there about 2 years they had 3-4 different Directors and other management positions changes. Communication lacked from them to the families when there was change. When my father was in Memory Care the staff was awesome. They took great care of him. His Hospice was St Gabriel, they are the best and so caring. Thank you Lana and your staff. The day after my father died I went and moved his things out. Not once did the MC Director say anything about him dying. No caring words at all. I even talked to her about his things being moved out. He died on Jan 24th, the first of Feb I noticed they took his Feb payment out. The Financial Lady in the main office said no one told them he died. So now it will take them 4 weeks to return his rent. No communication. They especially don’t return phone calls.

Love this place! My mom recently moved and and has been so happy there! Mary Wind at the front desk has helped us every step of the way. Mary even came up on her day off to meet my mother while moving in. The staff has all been very helpful and accommodating.

Our loved one has been living at Heritage Assisted Living & Memory Care for over 5 years. Mary Wind has always been so helpful and the highlight of our visits. Heritage has always taken great care of our loved one and we have recommended this facility on several occasions. Memory care workers Marcy, Jazz, Sherry are so good to make it feel like home for our loved one.

I am here on a visit from Minnesota to see my best friend, and her family. Last year my best friend’s grandma, my adopted grandma moved into Heritage place. This is such a warm and friendly place for my grandma to live, and she is given the best care, next to living with her family. I’ve got to hear about some of the aides, and a lady named Jaranda that has been my grandma’s favorite person. She is able to comfort my grandma, and make her feel safe, and also special. She seems to be one of the people that my grandma never forgets, and makes her happy. I’m so happy that my grandma has an environment that mirrors her home life, and she is not only well cared for, but feels loved, by not only us.

My MIL has been living here for 5+ years, through COVID protocols and several changes in management staff. The actual caregivers have some turnover, as I suspect not a high-paying job, but those that have been there or are long-term employees have ALWAYS shown compassion and willingness to help her.

I would like to reference a very sweet woman Jaranda. Everybody has off days and unfortunately for my grandma they come often I would like to thank Jaranda just for always being there and not giving up on anywho she takes care of.

I love going to visit my grandma, at Heritage place, and all of the fun activities that Jananda and Pathways includes us in. It’s like we get to go see my grandma and have something fun to look forward to do with my grandma! I still get to make great memories with my grandma!

My father-in-law is a resident in the Memory Care facility and is very well looked after by all of the staff at Heritage. Jaranda, (Memory Care Director) deserves a special mention. She is a very caring and compassionate person who is always interacting with the residents as if they are her family members - she is a an incredible asset to the Heritage team.

My aunt is a resident at the memory facility. Jaranda is awesome ! The activities she creates are so good for everyone.and love how all the residents participate! Jaranda is family to all of the residents. She comes on her day off to see her family and sits and talks to each one and fellowships with them all. She is an asset to the company.

My momma has been in the memory care facility since August, and this is my first time visiting, but Jaranda and her team are wonderful. They have their hands full with all the residents, but they treat them all with love, care and respect. The facility is clean and rooms are comfortable. After having to move my mother several times to 4 different AL facilities in the past 4 years, we finally found Heritage Place. Mom is so very happy here. As her daughter and medical POA, I’m very pleased with the care she’s been given. Megan Tobias, executive director, is doing an outstanding job of running this facility! Oh and the food is amazing!

Working with Megan Tobias was great. She definitely has the best interest of the residents in mind when she does anything. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to senior living and what the best choices are for the residents and staff. She is one that is open to hearing new things and taking into account all aspects before making a decision. I would definitely feel confident with my loved one under her leadership!

My grandma lives here and is super happy about the facility she lives in. The executive director Megan is so attentive to the residents and plans fun activities to do for the residents! I would highly recommend that anyone who needs a place for their loved one. They have a wonderful assortment of food! The food is delicious!

My siblings and I have been looking for a place for our parents recently. We went to Heritage Place and it was such a pleasant atmosphere. The way we were greeted by the staff was very welcoming. Katie was wonderful during the tour, she was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We appreciated the time she took to get to know our parents, little things like how long they have been married, to their favorite things to do. She didn't rush us like most places. Their nurse, Rachel is so sweet and friendly and she seems perfect to care for our parents. The building was in good shape on the outside and pretty good on the inside, just needing some new updates like a fresh coat of paint. It was during lunch and the food smelt wonderful, the residents were all in the dining room eating, they all looked clean and happy. We spoke with a few of them and they told us how much they love living there. My parents aren't ready to move yet, but Heritage Place is definitely on the top of our list.

My mother and Dad LOVE this place and all the staff! I can't tell you enough about how nice everyone is. My parent's situation has changed rapidly this year and staff has to do and redo paperwork for room changes we needed. They never complained and we were made to feel, we were their 1st priority. Our Dad is just going into Memory Care and we were so touched how sweetly they interacted with him. I appreciate all of them so much!

My family member has lived in this facility for 2 1/2 years now, and it has been a great experience since Keith, the administrator started. He is the absolute best. He is so caring and considerate to the members of his community. We have complete confidence because he is so committed and always takes the time to check on the residents and their well-being anytime day or night!!

My mother is there and out of 4 places they have been the best.let me just say what I see in all of them is high turn over in caregivers but at least this place is organized a bit better and the caregivers get more training and really care for the residents. I don't think there is a perfect place.

Heritage Assisted Living is a relatively new facility so it's in good condition. Their services currently are quite inconsistent. They don't always have enough care staff to provide services timely. Some of the agency staff aren't well trained. Housekeeping is not done regularly.

This place is amazing! I have been associated with them for 4 years and the compassion and love they have for their residents is honestly the best I’ve experienced. My Grandma has lived here for several months and truly does enjoy life here. The staff and residents are very friendly and the facility is very nice and well kept. Her room was much larger and nicer than what I expected to see based on the "old folks homes" I visited as a child. It was much more like a one bedroom apartment.
