My mother is there and out of 4 places they have been the best.let me just say what I see in all of them is high turn over in caregivers but at least this place is organized a bit better and the caregivers get more training and really care for the residents. I don't think there is a perfect place.

Heritage Assisted Living is a relatively new facility so it's in good condition. Their services currently are quite inconsistent. They don't always have enough care staff to provide services timely. Some of the agency staff aren't well trained. Housekeeping is not done regularly.

Worked with a client here and she was welcomed with open arms. She was loved on by the staff and if we needed anything all we had to do was ask and the staff was always willing to make it happen.

This place is amazing! I have been associated with them for 4 years and the compassion and love they have for their residents is honestly the best Ive experienced. The activities and outings they offer are so much fun for the residents. The staff is caring and so attentive. I highly recommend this place.

From the front desk to the back office team, resident care staff and their leaders are all wonderful people who truly care about their residents and making sure they are comfortable. My Grandma has lived here for several months and truly does enjoy life here. The staff and residents are very friendly and the facility is very nice and well kept. Her room was much larger and nicer than what I expected to see based on the "old folks homes" I visited as a child. It was much more like a one bedroom apartment.
