This place deserves no rating at all because I wouldn't leave dogs there my mother have been in this facility for some time the manager [name removed] and [name removed] the assistant management we have not called me back in 6 years this place need to be shut down . The rating should be zero

How is it you only show one bad review due to Member dying b/c of negligence? This location has a very careless staff and they do not possess the nessasary training to actually care for human beings w/ dignity and the respect deserved.

Majority of staff are unprofessional/ do not show compassion. Little to no management. Food is subpar. Trying to get any concerns addressed feels impossible.

My mom has been here for about 4 months now, and we have been very pleased with the staff and atmosphere. Everyone has been super nice and have treated our mom well. The place is clean and they always have fun activities and different things going on for the residents.

My Parents came to the care center in April 2019 and October our dad passed away . The staff and management made sure that we were well taken of as we sat with him during his last few days . They provided food drinks and a shoulder to cry on like family ! Since then our mother is still here and she is very happy and calls the care center her home❤ We feel very relaxed when we visit and leave her we know she is well taken of ! So if you are looking for a new home for a loved one you may want to check this place out .

I would recommend Heath Springs Residential Care Center as a facility for a loved one to reside. The staff really cares about the safety and well-being of each resident as well as the staff treats the residences as if he or she is a family. The facility is very clean and well maintained.

Awesome place for your loved ones ! My mom is a resident there and when I visit her and then leave I feel very confident that she is well taken care of . When I take her out from there to go shopping or whatever the adventure is she will say I’m tired and I’m ready to go back to my new home . The staff are the best and always there to help and answer a question if needed. .

Why no pictures of the actual facility on your page? is it because of the filth? You allow people to sit alone in their room for weeks not noticing that they are dehydrated and fever ridden with abscesses due to no movement. Oh, no one knew there was no movement because no one cared to check on their patient or whoever was responsible decided to say it was someone else's responsibility. No calls to the family, no calls to 911 for medical care that was obviously necessary due to the lack of care leading to death. Hope every staff member at this facility sleeps well at night because you never know when your loved ones may end up in a position to need care. Hope you have better luck than my family did. Don't toss and turn to much when the time comes and you remember that what comes around goes around.

My mother lives there and she seems to be settling in. It's a very clean place and the staff seem to be good with here. She shares a room with someone.
