I was able to see this community firsthand today. Of course it’s beautiful, but what was most beautiful to me was the way they treated the elderly people that lived there. I got to meet Jennell and Lauren and heather plus many other team members. What stood out to me so much was how caring they were right down to accepting hugs from the people that lived there. As a vendor with Apothecary Mystic Co. and representatives of Wolf’s Den Coven, we couldn’t have asked for a better event. My mom recently moved into Brookdale center of New England, and the team has been incredibly supportive. From the very first tour, I met Jennell, and I wanted to share my appreciation for everything she has done and continues to do for our family. Moving a loved one is an emotional process, and Jennell has been there every step of the way”not only answering questions and guiding us through the transition, but also offering support when I simply needed someone to listen as a daughter. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brookdale Centre of New England. Jennell and the staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can see the genuine compassion and dedication of the team. My Mom has been here now for three months and loves it. She has made new friends and hasher independence back. The ladies there say that the staff treat everyone so good. This facility is immaculate. All of the staff remember my name when I come into visit. Its like a big family here with the staff. They also take care of her medications, laundry and cleaning of her apt. Not to mention all of her meals with menu options in a hotel style environment. I'm so happy we have found this place.

AM VERY UP SET WITH Brookdale of Coventry RI. you must know was in hospital 2/27 until 3/6/ when I got released from hospital. I was then taken to Scallop shell at Wakefield. The ambulance wasted 2 and 1/2 hours because they lost. Finally made it to Scalloo shell when I was under the impressing that I was supposed to gobaxk to Brookdale. I was kept here while all new additions was showed what I had to do next. Hospital released me and quarantined at Brookdale foe all this time. Asked to Brookdale to return and they refused. to take me back. This was a unexpressed token on their part because Medicare got involve Blue cross got involved this problem should be rechecked so thata regular problem becomes recorded in place of Brookdale and have patiient called back to regular rules

My mother moved in and the staff was very welcoming and knowledgable. Whenever I talk to the nurses for updates on my mother's condition, they are very amicable and take the time I need to understand. They are very patient and kind when my mother is difficult and always make sure her needs are met. I'm always grateful for the staff here.

Both my parents lived here for a short time before my father had to move out for advanced nursing but the staff made sure he was always comfortable and safe for himself and the other residents. I really appreciate all the input they gave us and they prioritized his wellbeing over money. The building itself was also very nice and the maintenance staff was quick to fix any problems in his room.

Doing research on facilities and what they offer. I am a 60 year old male that has been recently diagnosed with "Fredreick's Ataxia", Mild Cognitive Impairment" and Cerebral Atrophy. Currently use a four wheel walker and under the care of RI Neurological Foundation. My medical issues began in 2012 with Legionella Disease which almost cost me my life. Onset of nerve deafness which began my struggles that led me to the Foundation. Is there a waiting list?
