Always pleasant. A nice community of people in this assisted living. My 101 year old mother is very happy living here! We would rather she come live in OC to be closer to all her kids. Less traveling for us. They have another building on that piece of property that is for memory care.

Once again I found my mom's door unlocked! Your staff needs to be put on notice that my mom had a resident come in her room and told her to get out. She had to call for help to remove the lady from her room!!!

The Lakes at Banning is an excellent place for senior assistant living. They have different care for assistance for each individual needs. Very clean the staff is well in assisting the residents. Their director Lorri maintains a friendly atmosphere for the residents knowing all their names. She assures the residents of their needs. Does an excellent n professional to maintain their welfare. My father has been there 4 years and is very comfortable being there in which my siblings are very happy him being a resident. Lorri has done an excellent job.

I come to visit the Lakes every week. Give me the opportunity to celebrate the Catholic Mass for the Catholic members of the Lakes community. The staff is very cooperative and very helpful every week and I am very happy with the service that I get and the assistance that I receive. Since Mom Donna’s entry in September to the Lakes’ Memory Care, she has yet to receive TV access—very important to her & many efforts by her son and me to secure help from the staff. We’re very disappointed and Donna is very confused about this.

We have had two family members reside at The Lakes Memory care facility since 2014. My mom has been a resident at the Memory Care for the last 4 years. Under the current Memory Care Director, Amanda McElwain, we can actually feel the improvements she has made to the unit in the atmosphere, staff, activities and overall calmness of the facility, which is so important with dementia and Alzheimer's. My mom is well taken care of and loved by the caregivers every day, which provides me much comfort. The improvements do not go unnoticed and are very much appreciated. Our thanks to the entire staff at the Lakes Memory Care for their love and caring of my mom.

My mom lived here for over two years until she recently passed away at 91 years of age. I cant put into words how thankful I am for the wonderful staff at The Lakes. Mom was happy from day 1 and that never changed. She truly felt home here. I was always kept apprised of any issues Mom might be facing. I always knew each staff member I met had Moms best interest at heart. How do you summarize two years of the most incredible care except to say not only did Mom consider The Lakes her home but she considered the staff and other residents her extended family...and so do I.

looks extremely inviting , the grounds are well maintained , employees appear to have residents full complete care and safety in mind at all times ,appear to be mindful and respectful ensuring each and every resident is given respect and confidentiality that there personal daily lives are not disrupted by any unwanted confinement theyre free to move about with pride and dignity.This is a place any aging parent or relative would easily enjoy calling home with the little added bonus of having caring nurses and care providers in hand .

Just moved my Mom into The Lakes at Banning. Such a beautiful and wonderful place. She is so happy! I am so impressed with the well-trained and caring staff, her beautiful apartment, the amenities, the activities, and, most of all, the quality of the care she receives. And, the food is amazing! Thank you to the entire team for making this transition so positive!
