The staff was very cordial n professional.The facility was very clean.I worked as a CNA for 3 years ,so I had some reservations.As a visitor, my friend in Rehab was well cared for.She said the staff was very good,always there to assist in ADLs n therapy. Re; meals,she was not impressed,but admitted she was a picky eater.After the reception staff queried us on our hygienic/ health conditions n origin of donations,we donated 20 Large print Readers Digest magazines to the library.

They have been very good to my aunt. When she arrived we were greeted by staff and they were very inviting. She has been treated well and has gotten back to her renewed healthy self with the staff's help. Even the admin staff walk around and greet the residents on a daily basis. From what I seen to the administrator to the activities director all seem invested in the property. Knowing how my aunt was when she arrived at the facility to now. She has gotten better by leaps and bounds. Thank you so much.

Pretty good! Smelling crappie adult diapers sucked. Attention to patient needs was a little slow. Then patient there a day and no nurse or doctor visit. This patient just came from next door at Seton. He had been on morphine and narco and you all got him on nothing. He is obviously in pain and no help?

Rosewood is amazing. They are taking great care of my Dad. He has congestive heart failure and they are making him feel full of life and motivating him to be active. And live life to the fullest. Most of all my Dad feels very comfortable and safe. And encouraged every day. The staff is wonderful very nice. Everyone makes you and your family feel safe and right at home. And in all it is a very beautiful place. And very peaceful. I would most definitely recommend them to others.

I believe the staff does well during the week days. More organized, more helpful, and more caring and clean. I am happy with the weekdays that I have been there. I was not as pleased over the weekend. The staff was not involved as well as they should have been. Room was not cleaned properly, sheets were not changed, and the hallways smelled of urine. The Nurse did not appear to have knowledge of her assigned patient when questioned. Things got MUCH better during the week!

The leadership exemplifies honor and respect for residents and their families. My parents have been there for almost a year and the resident assistants treat them as family. I’m not surprised to see Mom give a hug to someone who cares for her because the make her feel safe and valued. I am so thankful this is where my parents have landed for the final season of their lives.

My elderly friend Gerda Kapsch has been at Rosewood Heights for close to a month now, She has been engaged with all of her medical staff personnel, while receiving excellent helpful services, particularly from a Nurse student married to a soldier, named Amanda G., who is in her advanced pregnancy, and exhibiting exceptional skills sets and kindness while helping my friend in her recovery. Gerda had a very comfortable large double bedroom, who she shared with another senior, great military families. At the present time moved to another bedroom for herself and is receiving good rehabilitation care, and helps with her daily living activities and daily exercise. She is making little headway progress in her health. I believe the facility can improve the overall menu food choices for a diverse range of people, and special mechanical diet, and in general the food is good. Also my interaction with the Administration personnel has been great during my daily visits to the Rosewood Heights & the Villas.

I was greeted when I came in and was shown how to register my visit. The attendant was very nice and helpful in giving directions to my friends room. . The facility was clean and halls were not cluttered. Even though my friend was in a shared room there a was adequate room for private conversation.

Assisted with the Residents who were interested in playing BINGO. Just looking around at the Residents playing and those who were not, I noticed all Residents were well attended to. Dressings were changed and all were wearing clean outfits. They all are a Joy to play BINGO with.

While visiting, I observed many sweet dedicated workers tending to the patients. The patients appear well taken care of. My friend said he was happy with the care he is receiving.

As a patient in this facility, all I can say is DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! The Food is terrible, some of the medical staff do not conduct themselves with any compassion and a few are openly racist. Most patients here are not capable of accurate observation and cannot report violations of protocol and/or correct procedure as they do not comprehend any wrongdoing. I AM NOT IN THAT CATEGORY! I am observant and totally aware of my surroundings and situational environment. Currently I am documenting the violations here with pictures and recordings and will, when able, publicly disclose my findings and may file a lawsuit against this facility for neglect.. ,

As a patient here, I could not ask for better care from the nurses and other first line caregivers...HOWEVER, THE MANAGEMENT LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED. There seems to be no real caring as to the quality of the food served at this facility... Although I receive a daily menu to fill out and specifically write my requests on that menu, those requests are seldom followed and my requested over easy eggs are hard and rubbery, meals are usually cold and plating is sloppy. I know this is not a 5 Star Hotel, but it would be nice if the Kitchen would just put a little effort into properly preparing the requested meals for us old and bored folks that have nothing much to look forward to in our daily routines except a good meal to keep our spirits high.
