Owner/Administrator was found guilty of Elderly Abuse/Neglect in Union County NC court in 2020. Court transcripts and police record are public information and are available online. Owner/Administrator was also found guilty on other charges in the state of SC. This facility is NOT licensed.

This hearing was held in Union County Court in NC. The court documents are online. At the time of the incident the name of the facility was "Poplin Terrace". After the incident the name was changed to "Karizma Infinities Family Care Home" but with the same owner and staff. "On June 10, 2020, Petitioner, [name removed] failed to supervise Resident #1 and Resident #2, by leaving them unsupervised in a locked, turned off and extremely hot van for nineteen minutes which caused them harm and that necessitated hospitalization as a result of heat exposure. In addition, Petitioner did not supervise two mentally impaired individuals. Petitioner’s actions were substantial neglect of the two residents. Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, the undersigned hereby determines that Respondent’s decision to impose a Summary Suspension of Petitioner’s License to Operate and a Suspension of Admissions to Poplin Terrace on June 18, 2020 should be AFFIRMED."

The Karizma Infinities Facility is Amazing! With its tranquil and peaceful setting; and comfortable atmosphere, it is a unique senior/elder care facility.If you or somone you're close to needs or is condsidering senior/elder care. I would recommend looking into this facilty to learn more about senior care and maybe even schedule a visit to view the property.

The Karizma lives up to its name - a karizma. If you truly want loving, caring care for you or for your loved one, you will choose Karizma! Each room is "personally-decorated" and absolutely beautiful, with a lot of light and comfort. The staff is well-trained, but more importantly, they "care". The dignity of their residents is foremost. Karizma is exactly where you or your loved one wants to be.
