My mom has been at the Inn at Greenwood Village for 1 month and we continue to be impressed at the care provided here. Yes, the common areas and apartments are impressive, but it’s the caring staff that makes this place feel like home. From the front desk, activities, dining room, and caretaking through to the facilities team, these are some of the friendliest, genuine, and truly caring people you will ever meet. They know every resident by name and they help whenever and wherever is needed. It’s clear they truly enjoy the work and are appreciated. I have no doubt that my mother is well cared for here and I enjoy visiting her often because it’s such a wonderful place!

The Inn at Greenwood Village is an excellent combination of good value for the money, as well as quality care for the residents. After my parents spent 7 months in another much larger retirement facility that was constantly problematic on a monthly basis (heating and hot water, as well as billing issues), we moved my parents to Inn at Greenwood Village. For the ten months since we moved them in, my mom fell and broke her hip and my father declined significantly mentally. The staff at Greenwood Village have been very supportive through everything my parents have been through, and worked with family members through some difficult times, including moving my father to memory care, and eventually passing. The staff has been extremely caring to both my mom and our family, and my mom is really beginning to make connections and making friendships with other residents. The Inn at Greenwood Village isn't as large or have some of the features of some of the larger retirement communities, but more than makes up for it with quality of the food, the care, the cleaning, and the support of the staff. I can't recommend Greenwood Village enough for family members looking for a smaller, more intimate setting for parents, knowing they will be well cared for.

The Inn at Greenwood has been such a wonderful support to our family! Mom gets 24/7 care from a wonderful staff and her health and wellbeing has continued to improve! She just had her 95th birthday and has a smile on her face! The facility is clean and smells like springtime, the staff is friendly and professional, the chef prepares special event dinners and wonderful comfort food. I search all over Denver to find a perfect place for Mom - this is it!

We have been mostly pleased with the Inn at Greenwood Village as a home for my elderly father. After touring 5 communities, we chose the Inn because the apartments were large and far homier than others and the staff was incredibly friendly. After eighteen months, I can say the staff is second to none as they are friendly, responsive and incredibly supportive. The building itself is in a beautiful area of Greenwood Village that is very convenient to grocery shopping, restaurants and other offsite things. The Inn at Greenwood Village is a smaller community which makes the residents and staff feel more like family. While it doesn't have the amenities that some larger communities have (pool, multiple restaurants, etc.), the Inn provides transport, grocery shopping and activities (on site and field trips) that are wonderful. When a resident needs assistance, the nursing and support staff are quick to help and know everyone by name. The front desk staff is lovely and always accommodating and helpful. Our loved one had to have emergency surgery earlier this year which was followed by an offsite rehab facility stay and the nursing staff at the Inn was on top of his care and made sure he continued his recovery. The level of responsiveness reaffirmed our choice and provided comfort in knowing he was well cared for. The only reason I didn't provide a five star review was the food isn't great and the Inn doesn't have a consistent cleaning staff (perhaps due to pandemic and post-pandemic staffing issues). While I doubt community dining will ever rival homecooked, the Inn could improve the cuisine for sure.

I have to commend the whole kitchen staff on how they have handled things during the pandemic. I feel that they have the hardest job in the building with adjusting how they interact with residents and deliver the food. Our care givers display of a lot of care and professionalism. Recently I attended the funeral service of one of your former residents, I was very impressed to see Ms. Tracy Powers in attendance. I had, on several occasions visited my friend at The Inn at Greenwood village and had the pleasure of meeting Tracy. She is so personable, friendly and professional. What really impressed me was her personal interaction with all the residents and her caring for them. I know in her position as Marketing Director, those duties do not usually fall into their job description however she seems to go above and beyond the scope of her job. On many occasions, Marko would tell me just how much he always enjoyed Tracy's upbeat attitude. I highly recommend the Inn at Greenwood Village to anyone who has a family member in need of assisted living based on what I have experienced through their highly friendly and qualified staff.

I moved my parents into the Inn in November. Dad was ready to move into assisted living, Mom was not. We had looked at places for the past 2 years. Dad passed away in January. The Inn has turned out to be an incredible blessing to our family. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They provided care that enabled us to avoid a hospital stay for Dad. After he passed everyone was so kind and supportive. If she wanted to eat a meal in her apartment she could but there's always someone for her to sit with and visit. Mom has thrived at the Inn. She can have 3 healthy meals a day and lots of activities. I can't imagine how we could have handled this huge loss without the kindness and support of the residents and staff at the Inn!

When my father died suddenly and I needed to move my Mother to Colorado in the matter of a few weeks, the staff and professionals at Greenwood Village really came through for us. The atmosphere is much better than some of the larger facilities that we had seen in the past and the smaller community feels like a family. The Inn at Greenwood Village is top notch. They make everyone feel like family. My mother is very happy here and she is treated with love and respect. They have a multitude of activities and they make sure to involve everyone to their ability. The facility is beautiful and the rooms/apartments are probably some of the best in town. Because it's a smaller facility, everyone feels like part of a community. Their social director is amazing and the marketing director does so much more than just marketing. When my mom was taking meals in her room while the dining room was being remodeled, Tracy would go upstairs and sit with her while she ate to give her some social companionship. The Inn has been such a blessing to me and my mom. They are always so willing to work with us and help us in any way possible. I can't say enough good things about it!
