My Mom lived in Memory Care at Spring Gardens for 2 years and just recently passed. She could barely talk and could not feed herself and eventually was very dependent for all mobility and care. The staff took very good care of my Mom. My Dad visited her every day. The staff there treated them both like family. The staff truly cared about my Mom. A weight was lifted off my shoulders knowing they were going to take good care of her. I visited once a week for the 2 years and they were not perfect but they consistently did their best to make my Mom happy and comfortable. I am extremely grateful.

We are so thankful for Spring Gardens of Heber! Our loved one has been a resident for nearly a year, in both Assisted Living and now Memory Care. We are amazed at the kindness and dedication of the staff. They know him and love him and go out of their way to make him feel important and meet his needs. The atmosphere there is very homey and welcoming, with lots of attention to detail, beautiful decor, and holidays celebrated in style! There are many activities to participate in, and family members are always welcome. The facilities are clean and well maintained and the location is convenient to the medical center for appointments. The dining room is lovely, with varied choices for every meal, and friendly servers. We can't thank the directors, nurse, and staff enough, for their wonderful work and diligent service!

I have brought CNA students to Spring Gardens of Heber for a couple of years as a clinical instructor. The facility is clean and inviting. The activities are always unique and designed to improve the residents physical and mental health. The CNA staff genuinely cares for the residents and do an amazing job. I just left from visiting my mother at Spring Gardens again. I'm always so impressed with how kind and caring the staff is. They know the residents by name and it feels like one big happy family! Lora, the activities director is amazing!! She is creative, fun and energetic. She loves the residents and it shows. She provides countless activities for them to choose from, trying to accommodate the various interests. She decorates the facility with a new theme regularly, keeping it exciting for the residents. My Auntie is 101 years old and has been at Spring Gardens for six years now after living in Los Angeles. It is still hard for her to adjust since she is so independent, but most of the staff are very helpful. The Halloween decorations this year are amazing and we are always in awe of what Lora, the activity director does to make the facility welcoming. The activities are wonderful and the staff are always reminding my dad to attend them. The facility decorates every month for the holiday or season. She really enjoys the scenic drives, but there are also card games, exercise classes, ice cream socials, concerts, shopping trips and so much more! I have visited residents at this Spring Gardens facility for the last several years and always found it to be pleasant, friendly environment. Residents are respected by the helpful, friendly staff which provides excellent assistance with daily tasks as well as providing special care as required by medical needs and other age-related limitations. The staff provides well planned activities (and decorations) for each and every holiday that help provide an atmosphere for socializing, friendship for residents. The facility and individual living quarters are clean, spacious, and well maintained. The dinning area includes linen tables clothes, waiter service, and a variety of menu items for each meal.

My mother-in-law lived at Spring Gardens for almost 6 years. It was a wonderful and caring place for her to be. We loved the staff so much and their extra special care of her. She lived in both the assisted living side and the memory care side. Great experiences with both! Early on there was a director that was hard to work with, but he wasn’t there for long, and occasionally there is a cna or 2 who would rather be on their phones,, but honestly, for the most part it’s been great the whole time. The current Director, McKay is awesome and really listens. And the activities coordinator, Lora, is the best! She comes up with the greatest things for them to do and tailors them for the residents. Avalee in Memory Care is so great! Can’t say enough about her attention to Mom. We loved our experience and would recommend Spring Gardens to anyone wanting a loving environment for their loved one!

I was there again recently and was again blown away! The facility itself is beautiful, yet comfortable and welcoming. Spring Gardens is a welcoming, warm and caring assisted living. The staff go above and beyond everyday to make sure all the residents are cared for. The CNA’s are the best! They all know everyone by name, what the residents personal needs are and take time to get to know not just the resident but the family as well. My mother has been part of the Spring Garden family for 4 years and we are so happy to call this her home.

This place has all you need to feel that your loved one is taken care of. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. I feel very confident that my mom with onset dementia will have great memory care and her needs will be met. It is giving me piece of mind to know my mom is safe as we are entering this phase in life.
