If I had a loved one looking for a little help in their golden years I would 100% recommend Spring Gardens Heber! I had the pleasure of working there and volunteering and I miss those days so much. The building is always decorated for the holidays and Lora also goes above and beyond for the activities. Lisa is an incredible caring nurse who loves the residents. Candyce has a smile and personality you cannot miss....ask her to sing a good ole country song with ya! I love Spring Gardens and could not say more about the exceptional care you will get there!

On my visit to Spring Gardens, my first impression was how bright and welcoming it felt. So clean and well maintained. Later I became aware of all the activities and adventures that are planned for the residents. The decorations are outstanding for every holiday and event. My mother-in-law lived at Spring Gardens for almost 6 years. It was a wonderful and caring place for her to be. We loved the staff so much and their extra special care of her. She lived in both the assisted living side and the memory care side. Great experiences with both! Early on there was a director that was hard to work with, but he wasn't there for long, and occasionally there is a cna or 2 who would rather be on their phones,, but honestly, for the most part it's been great the whole time. The current Director, McKay is awesome and really listens. And the activities coordinator, Lora, is the best! She comes up with the greatest things for them to do and tailors them for the residents. Avalee in Memory Care is so great! Can't say enough about her attention to Mom. We loved our experience and would recommend Spring Gardens to anyone wanting a loving environment for their loved one!

This place has all you need to feel that your loved one is taken care of. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. I feel very confident that my mom with onset dementia will have great memory care and her needs will be met. It is giving me piece of mind to know my mom is safe as we are entering this phase in life. Our mom has been a resident of Spring Gardens for several years. She absolutely loves it here! She has made friends and there are such fun activities happening every day. She really enjoys the scenic drives, but there are also card games, exercise classes, ice cream socials, concerts, shopping trips and so much more! The staff at Spring Gardens were amazing. They always had fun and engaging activities and they did a great job at encouraging all the residents to join in. I love that they had church services in the building. The common areas were always very clean, and the seasonal decorations always gave everything a welcoming feel. The staff were always polite and kind to our parents. They treated them with respect, and let them feel as much independence as they could. Spring Gardens made a difficult time as easy and peaceful as possible, and I appreciate all they did for us.

My dad, who has dementia, has been a resident of Spring Gardens since 2017. The facility itself is kept clean; meals are tasty and varied; and the costs are reasonable. As important to me is that my dad is treated with respect, compassion and kindness. The myriad of activities keep his mind occupied, and the staff is like family. I was there again recently and was again blown away! The facility itself is beautiful, yet comfortable and welcoming. I want to also give a shout out to Mckay the director. He communicates well about any issues or circumstances that would affect my mom. Lisa the nurse is excellent. I have visited residents at this Spring Gardens facility for the last several years and always found it to be pleasant, friendly environment. Residents are respected by the helpful, friendly staff which provides excellent assistance with daily tasks as well as providing special care as required by medical needs and other age-related limitations. The staff provides well planned activities (and decorations) for each and every holiday that help provide an atmosphere for socializing, friendship for residents. The facility and individual living quarters are clean, spacious, and well maintained. The dinning area includes linen tables clothes, waiter service, and a variety of menu items for each meal.

Spring Gardens is a welcoming, warm and caring assisted living. The staff go above and beyond everyday to make sure all the residents are cared for. The CNA's are the best! They all know everyone by name, what the residents personal needs are and take time to get to know not just the resident but the family as well. I worked at the front desk for several months and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I became friends with the residents and staff. There is a close, community feeling. The staff has a caring attitude with the residents and each other. I miss being there. The residents also care for each other and many are good friends. The administration spends long and extra hours making sure that everything runs smoothly.

If our family ever had an issue, it was immediately addressed. From the top down people take their jobs seriously and to heart, many going above and beyond. The atmosphere is beautiful, the residents are happy and friendly and the Staff is amazing. An excellent chef and his staff prepare the food. The Nurse and CCNAs treated Mom with respect, professionalism, care and dignity. Thank you to all who helped make her transition a peaceful one.

Assisted Living Center uses the term "assisted living" or "personal care" to inform users that a community provides assistance with some Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). It may not meet your state's legal definition required for that level of care.
