My mom has been at Brookdale since June 29th of 22. My mother seems to really love this place and that' What matters. All places have their problems and this place is had a few but since new leadership in January I have full confidence that this is where my mother needs to be. The Times I have eaten here the food is very good And the staff Are very nice and very helpful. WE had a great tour of all the facilities that the have to offer. They were all wonderfull. The staff were all very nice, and the whole space was spic and span clean so there were no odors. Music filled the air with songs most of the residents could relate to. All the residents I spoke with were all very happy to be there. Brookdale seemed to be the perfect answer to so many problem areas.

My sister, Mary, lives in this facility. Our other sister and nieces came to visit from out of town. We asked to have lunch with Mary. They not only allowed us to eat but gave us the private dining room. The meal was delicious, and they served us as if we were special. My appreciation goes to the kitchen staff for this special time with Mary. Thanks to all of you!!

I've been sitting with a lady at Brookdale for over 3 years. I'm impressed with the professional level that she is treated with by a fabulous staff. Kalie, David and Kaydence just to name a few of the people I've had the privilege to interact with. This group takes such wonderful care of this lady. They have such patience and concern for her. I recommend Brookdale for assisted living.

The management (Kalie Huntzinger, April Cole and Katie Turman) at Brookdale, Fort Smith has been very helpful, kind, understanding and compassionate with my mother since moving in almost 6 months ago. They work hard to address the resident's requests. It's a relief knowing they are watching over my mom.

A very nice place for my dads future. This place is very clean, dad says food is great and at a great price. Dads not happy moving away from home but the staff has tried to make him feel welcome . He gives them a hard time but they just keep smiling. No joke this is a great place!!
