Nice and friendly residents and staff building is clean. Care staff is very helpful, patient, and caring American house is really a awesome place to work ! Check out some our residents enjoying some daily activities. Lutz community always have nice activities planned for residents, family, and staff.

The staff at American House is GREAT especially the Front desk staff. When you walk in the building you are greeted with warm smiles. I love the Activities that Life Enrichment have for the residents.

In my 20 years working in healthcare kitchen department I never see something like that, every departments come together to help the residents. Pedro and Tina very caring and passionate about the residents, you never pass a minute not see one of American House staff helping a resident or comfort them. The house is super clean, varieties of healthy foods. Thanks everyone keep the good work!

Nice place to take your love ones. The staff are great. You really feel at home. Very nice and clean environment. Tina who is the wellness director goes above and beyond to perform her duties. She loves the residents very much and care a lot about them. She is super. She has the resident well-being at heart. If you are looking for a retirement place this is the place to be.

As soon as I walked into the building, my heart lightened up; I absolutely fell in love with the facility. I started working here about a month ago and it has been amazing. American House continues to feed my motivation and dedication for our community. Our residents are so friendly and each one has a fantastic personality that you will fall in love with over and over again. The staff are very welcoming and warming with open arms to any one that walks into our doors.

Our familys experience with American House Lutz has been positive in all aspects. My sister was a client there for several months and during that time the entire staff was pleasant, efficient, and helpful to her as they recognized and responded to her specific needs caused by her legally-blind status and her anxiety. Her studio apartment, of course, had accomodations for the elderly, but she particularly enoyed the shower because it had several hand bars thar allowed her to feel safe from falling as she transferred in and out of the shower without assistance. The facility is well maintained and clean, and the outside grounds are nicely landscaped. We highly recommend that you consider this facility.

Atria Lutz has been a favorite of ours for over 10 years! It is a nice well kept community with a brand new Memory unit opening very soon. The staff is caring and experienced and the residents are very welcoming. Located near the intersection of 275 and Bearss it is easily accessed from both Hillsborough and Central Pasco.

Brookdale Lutz is a wonderful community! The staff is very caring and take excellent care of their residents. They offer a lot of fun activities and outings and always keep their residents entertained and involved.

This is a great community for good care. the community is clean and a nice enviroment. The menu is wonderfull and the variety is outstanding. I am happy knowing that he is making friends with all the activities. We would highly recommend this community for the outstanding care and knowing that the other residents seemed to be social. I would recommend this community for the excellent care and good value for other families.

We toured this community for the care for a friend. The staff was nice and we did like that the community appeared to be clean and well maintained. They offer a nice menu. Activities are offered. We would recommend this community for other families to tour for care for a loved one.
