Overall great facility - everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, is so incredibly friendly and caring - they've really become an extension of our family. One exception - Tommie is not to be trusted. Very rude to patients and borderline abusive. Her handling is aggressive - she blames elderly patients for falling....literally yelled at my grandpa when she found him on the ground asking for help. She should be removed immediately. I pray for her that whatever trauma / hurt she is dealing with is resolved so that she can treat others with the compassion they deserve and that her job demands. Thank you to everyone except Tommie for caring for our loved ones! We greatly appreciate all that you've done!

My mother lives at Elmcroft of Victoria, she was nervous to leave her home in the beginning, but the staff here have been more than wonderful with helping her transition and I can honestly say that it's nice having my mother happy again. Residents all look happy and the staff as well. They host monthly family nights that is themed and we have a blast!!

My loved one and my family were pleased that special needs for our mother could be met such as keeping her pet cat, having meals served in her room & setting her hair weekly. Also, we (and she) liked the room layout, the facilities courtyard that allows convenient access & viewing from her room. The dining area is very nice and the meals tasty! Staff are overall friendly and respond when the pendant is activated by a resident.
