We went to there stuff a stocking program this place is beautiful,clean big and the staff there were so amazing and the patients were so fun to interact with with they had everything you can think of in this home I would also like to mention they still need 17 people to adopt I’m gonna do one so please find it in your heart just cause there not a child they need lone and compassion just as well some has no family and could use just a visit are friend it’s my mission to do it and I’ve never been in one that was my first experience and it’s left a good one . So again they need just a friend to talk to are just be there. And this place I would recommend to anyone again the staff was always smiling and they were so nice I give them a 10/10

Brookdale Chubbuck has been a life saver for us. Moved our 91 year old mother in 6 months ago. In this short time she has gone from Independent living to memory care. The staff at Brookdale has been extremely helpful getting her the right level of care that she requires. My mother has been residing at Brookdale Chubbuck Assisted Living for three months now. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring, creating a clean and welcoming environment. We love Brookdale Chubbuck and cannot say enough good about them! Our mom lived there for 10 years and our brother for 24 years and they both received exceptional care and love there. The nursing care was excellent and the administration and staff always went above and beyond and truly loved and cared for each resident. We are so thankful for the exceptional care we received there and would highly recommend them.

We moved my 91 and 89 yr old parents to brookdale 6 months ago. The care and compassion by the staff is exceptional beyond discription. The attention they receive has greatly improved their well being and health. Administration takes my input seriously and strives to be involved with both residents and family. Highly recommended for cost value and care. I would personally talk to anyone interested in having a family member move in. And we just had had another wonderful activity for Halloween 2024 hundreds of children came and the residents really enjoyed interacting with them. Just love the staff they let us be a Family and share our holidays with the residents. The smiles on their faces when we walked in and shared our Christmas cookies with them was worth a million dollars.

My mom moved in two months ago, and everyone has been welcoming of mom and our family. The staff are great and very attentive to mom's needs. It's comforting to have mom is in a facility where I know she is safe and I don't have reason to worry.

Today we moved my mom into Brookdale Chubbuck and it has been a journey. Not only have they been patient throughout this 3 month journey, they constantly were in contact with us as well as accommodating to last minute needs. I'm grateful that my mom will be in a place that not only has employee's whom are attentive and caring, and the residents we have had the pleasure meeting and talking too all seem happy and polite. I'm excited for this new chapter in my moms life and her grand kids are excited for Bingo nights!!

I have worked in the salon for over a year now. I have been able to see how much the associates care for the residents. They are very attentive. If anything needs addressed it is almost immediate. The staff are really amazing. They really do have a great team. They all seem to work really well together. They are very receptive. I highly recommend this facility to anyone. We attended the resident trick-or-treat event and it was wonderful! What a beautiful idea! The residents enjoyed the kids and costumes so much, they were so friendly and generous. The staff was helpful and encouraging. It really was fantastically put together and so enjoyable!

Brookdale is a great place to work at and to send your family to if needed, brookdale has great staff, with great management. Brookdale employees are always willing to do anything for each other and the residents, no matter what there is always love that is shown. We all strive to be our best for our residents and show them that brookdale is a great home for them, not to mention brookdale has a wonderful nurses that take great care of the residents and with that their staff, highly recommend brookdale whether you want to work there or find your family/friend a new home.

Moved my Mother and step dad into Brookdale about two years ago and the decision was hard but a must, because of safety. My mother has dementia and step dad's health deteriorating. It was sudden and they weren't safe at home. Brookdale helped us get them in a safe and caring home away from home in a very short time and that was so refreshing and reassuring. It's never an easy decision but There are extremely amazing staff members at Brookdale (Kayla, Ladies in Memory Care) always show my parents compassion, care, respect and they are genuine and wholehearted about it. My parents are now in Memory Care at Brookdale and I can't even begin to say ENOUGH GREAT THINGS about the care and caregivers in Memory Care that love on them and treat them with complete compassion and love. It's a hard decision to put a parent into an assisted living facility, and Brookdale Chubbuck's staff walked us through the steps with compassion and clarity.
