Tranquility Estates is a absolutely wonderful facility! They are an independent living community but as my father became more frail, and less independent, the entire staff went out of their way, seeing to his care and comfort with love and compassion! I highly recommend Tranquility Estates to anyone looking to move into an independent living community! If I could rate them higher than five stars, I would!

My mother lived here from Aug 2018 - Aug 2022. In my opinion, this is the best choice for independent senior living in Genesee county. Tranquility offers all the perks of quality meals and services in a stunningly elegant setting. The medical care is contracted through Absolute Care. They are not employed by Tranquility. Sometimes a few communication gaps between Absolute Care and Tranquility’s Management can cause a hiccup. But, Absolute Care is a good company with compassionate employees, and it’s good they are a part of this facility. I would say the same for almost every employee of Tranquility Estates. They are caring, kind and understanding of the needs of the elderly. The Director, Jan is a good person, patient and concerned for the residents at Tranquility. Christine, the Activities Director is a gem. One thing to keep in mind: this facility is not an Assisted Living building. If you’re looking for comprehensive medical care, this isn’t it. If your loved one simply needs a safe place with a staff that will watch out for them and pass meds, Tranquillity is perfect. This is INDEPENDENT senior living with great perks!

My aunt was a resident here from the day it opened. She was very happy here and felt safe. I am glad she had such a wonderful place to be where they looked after her and any of her needs. Thanks for keeping her safe and provided her with such wonderful meals.

My great grandmother lives there and she loves everything about Tranqulity Estates from the delicious dining to the welcoming staff. Ive worked for Tranqulity in the past and I must say they truly do everything they can to help residents and family members feel at home. I highly recommend coming to Tranqulity for a tour of the beautiful building where it really is A dream come true.

We cannot thank the management and staff at Tranquility enough for the incredible job they have done in keeping everyone safe. I know it has not been easy and some people dont appreciate or understand why these steps were taken. In this unprecedented difficult time of a National Pandemic it would have been so much easier to bend to the wishes of those not wanting the limitations but that wouldnt have kept them Covid free. Thank you everyone for hanging in there and doing what was right for our loved ones. You all have worked together to keep spirits up and maintained your caring atmosphere. Heroes Work Here is very true. Your courage and convictions are greatly appreciated.My father- in- law has lived at Tranquility Estates for 8 months. The facility is beautifully designed and all levels are accessible with 2 elevators. The dining area is open and airy with round tables. The food is restaurant quality and menus change monthly. Holidays have a lavish seasonal buffet. The dining room staff is cheerful, friendly and hard working. The Chefs and kitchen staff are so accommodating.Our family feels very fortunate to have Absolute Home Health Care available to help with whatever medical needs my father-in-law may have. Knowing they have an office in the building gives great peace of mind. You cannot have more caring and dedicated people. They take great pride in their work and truly care about their clients.All the Tranquility staff work to make this a wonderful place to live by being friendly, cheerful and caring. Such a beautiful place! One of my good friends mother lives here and she couldnt be happier. On several occasions my husband and I have been there to visit her, have lunch or dinner or just hang out. The food menu is deluxe, so delicious and the meals are portioned just right, you feel as if youre eating at a five star restaurant! The entire facility feels that way as well, such opulence and all the beautiful décor, even the various sitting areas are luxurious with comfy chairs and elegant tables, we were impressed! This is the type of place I would highly recommend for anyone, its a retirees dream! Definitely a beautiful, safe and well staffed facility; they are all so helpful and friendly too! This is my pick for Mom and Dad as well as anyone who wants to live in a place with full amenities like a movie theater, hair salon, work out gym and sauna to boot! And the ladies there are pampered for sure! If you havent checked this place out for yourself, Mom or Dad, what are you waiting for, its a must see for sure!

My grandmother was the first resident that Dr Swammi accepted into Tranquility. We are honored and highly Blessed to have such a prestigious loving community for my grandmother we are truly fortunate to have Dr Swammi and All her compassionate staff and her knowledgeable director to assist my grandmother who is now 93 and been at Tranquility for over 3 years. Tranquility is The Best place for assisted living in Genesee County.

My aunt lives here. The building is beautiful. The food is excellent. The health care staff is great and are amazing at what they do. The over all pricing is excellent. What we were worried about is the turn over in directors. Jan, the one they have now, has actually stayed. Now the only concerns we have are that the staff basically ask for tips and tells the residents sad stories about their children or that theyre being evicted to get money, they even ask for loans sometimes, and though Jan the newest director is very nice, she does not communicate well and clearly is inexperienced. The most recent example is the building was put on lock down and she did not tell any of the families. When the decision was made they should have had every staff member reaching out to tell family members. My cousin went to visit his mother and was turned away. Though we appreciate the efforts to keep our loved ones safe they have to understand communication is necessary. I cant imagine driving an hour just to be turned away.

My Grandmother is in her 90s and enjoys living here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to her needs. Theres always planned activities and some form of entertainment for all the residents. They even have day trips and go on short excursions. My grandmother interacts with other seniors and has made several friends. The building is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is like family!

What a place to live! My husband and I have a close friend whose mother lives there and we have visited her on many occasions and let me tell you, there's no better assisted living place around, hands down! They have so many amenities for the Seniors like a movie theater, hair salon and work out gym, the facility's staff there is so helpful, friendly and very professional, we were impressed! On several occasions we've eaten lunch and dinner there and couldn't believe how delicious the food was and all the variety you could chose from; you felt like you were eating at a five star restaurant! Tranquility Estates is a must see!

My mom absolutely loves her life at Tranquility Estates! She hosted her 90th birthday party, a Roaring 20s theme, right there in the comfort of her home. Everyday she enjoys the camaraderie of her new friends and neighbors. The independence and ability to join in with others in activities, outings, and everyday conversations has made her life, A Dream Come True! (Not to mention, the food is beyond compare!). Cant say enough about her experience at Tranquility Estates!

Very attractive facility with high ceilings in the rooms, excellent food, good parking. They contract out most of their resident services so a lot of variation in service quality and a high turnover of help. There were three different directors in the 1.5 years my father lived there and a revolving door of resident support people. The front desk is frequently left unattended. Inconsistent room cleaning in both frequency and level of cleanliness but overall facility is always clean.

My Mom has been there since July and absolutely loves it. Everyone on the staff is wonderful and works with all her needs and the needs of every resident in a polite, respectful and loving manner. When you need anything from extra care to special needs no matter what arises they are always there! I am so thankful we found Tranquility. We were looking elsewhere in the area and found Tranquility and did a visit and so glad we did Tranquility supersedes every place else in the Grand Blanc Michigan area for love, compassion and senior needs! Give it a try for yourself or your loved ones, you will be glad you did.
