Outstanding Service and Exceptional Advocacy Rhonda Madrid, Communication Relations Director at Studio Royale, provided truly outstanding service during a critical and time-sensitive situation. What could have taken weeks was accomplished in just a matter of days due to Rhonda’s persistence, expertise, and unwavering commitment to patient care. Rhonda”along with her assistant, Nancy”went far above and beyond expectations to coordinate the transfer of a patient from a rehabilitation facility to an in-care facility with remarkable speed and efficiency. Their responsiveness, clear communication, and hands-on approach made an incredibly stressful process seamless and reassuring. It is rare to encounter professionals who not only understand the system so thoroughly but also advocate so passionately for the people they serve. Rhonda and Nancy’s dedication, professionalism, and compassion made a meaningful difference when it mattered most. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Choosing an assisted living home for a loved one is never easy. My mom has been at Studio Royale for over two years, and although it was difficult for her to leave the family home she lived in for more than 50 years, the transition has become much smoother with time. The facility has truly grown and improved. Bill has done a wonderful job bringing in the right staff, he listens to concerns and takes action when needed. With the recent addition of Malik, things have only improved further. His knowledge and professionalism have been invaluable to the success of the community. The caregivers treat residents like family, offering comfort, dignity, and encouragement every single day. The kitchen staff is equally accommodating, especially since my mom can be a bit picky at times. Quincy and Anthony are always patient and kind, even with residents who may be a little fussy. The food is very good, and they’re great at offering alternatives when preferred. Seeing our loved one happy, safe, and engaged again means the world to our family.

Mom is so happy at Studio Royale ! The staff is very attentive to mom’s needs and regularly go above and beyond to help her . They are also warm, friendly, and know the residents by name . They have activities throughout the day every day so Mom stays active. They have dances, exercise class, knitting class and weekly field trips . Since my mom has been there she has renewed vitality. Rhonda, the Community Director , is caring and kind . She made Mom feel welcome and comfortable right away. Mom says, I never want to leave this place! We couldn’t be happier ! Highly recommend!

I had a tour of Studio Royale with Rhonda and I think it is a beautiful place for senior living. I also met the nurse and felt comfortable with the whole environment. I think this will be a perfect fit for my mother when she is ready.

My outspoken mother-in-law Ellie, lived here for 8 years and when asked how it was going, she always said,I really have no complaints. One of Studio Royale’s advantages is that there is rarely turnover within the central staff, so the director, the activities director, the medical people have been there forever. They know the residents as individuals and there’s an intimacy that’s kind and caring. When they noticed Ellie worked word search puzzles, they printed one out for her every day until she was 103. She was always clean and well-groomed. Her surroundings always smelled fresh. The whole establishment runs like healthy family with solid leadership. We are very, very grateful.
