I recently stopped in to see a family member during happy hour with live music. The residents and staff were having such a great time singing along with the performer, Alexander. The community is clean and the residents seemed very happy and well cared for by the staff. Would highly recommend!

The care staff here is exceptionally great! Each person here provides great care and respect to the residents, and always respond in a timely manner. The residents have also said great things about the food provided in the main menu along with the always available menu. With the renovations, the place has been looking amazing and staff has been very communicative with changes being made around the renovations.

It's refreshing in today's age to be able to say incredible things about staff at this senior community. Cynthia, the Med tech Is just incredible! Compassion, professionalism, and true care for the residence really prevailed in this community. LISA, the sales person is knowledgeable and highly supportive of the families and residence she works with. If you're considering care for a loved one or even for yourself, I would do yourself a favor and check out this community right away. So refreshing to see this type of commitment to care!!

A sweet family home life feeling in this facility. updates are a delight. Nice and bright! Care staff are a pleasure. A fully staffed community. Activities are well thought out. Ending with a weekly Social Hour is a great way for the residents to be together. Great idea to have hired a pastry chef for your baking classes! New management team has truly bonded!

Oak Creek Place has a lot of activities for the residents. The food is good. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The remodeling looks exceptionally nice and welcoming. The residents are friendly and helpful to each other. We have a social hour weekly with live performances which are wonderful.

Was taking a tour of this facility and was extremely impressed with the Activities Director, Jeanne Ziegler. She was baking this day and everyone seemed to be really enjoying themselves. I feel she is a definite plus to the staff.

My brother and I recently moved out mother here, absolutely amazing. We toured several other places and this one felt like home. My mom has transitioned perfectly here. The level of care, nurses, CNAs, the staff and Sam (The Director) have been nothing but awesome. Toured recently, looking for my father. Felt warm and comfortable. Met a few team members, including ED who was incredibly knowledgeable about not just her community but senior living in general. Not ready to move forward with move yet for him, but they are at the top of my list when he is ready.

My husband and I took a tour of the facility for my 89 year old mother. Lisa was so incredibly kind and helpful, that any worries I had were put to rest. I took my mom there a few days to tour the facility herself, and her first comment was about how clean everything was and how nice everyone was. She loved the studio so much, that we will be moving her in next month.

all the pics of the place are old. most of those people have died. Not educated in dementia. no one at front desk or to answer calls. doors not locked. people wandering outside. staff too busy on their phones. meds left on cart in hall. one director stold meds and meds found in trunk of his car. he's in jail. 5 different directors in 5 yrs. one resident fell and had a gash on the leg and aide said she didn't have a bandage and put scotch tape on wound!! Place should be shut down.........minus one star for this so called asst living place....

Oak Creek Place has been more than an assisted living facility for my friend. Although sometimes it is hard for her to be in assisted living, Oak Creek Place has made it feel like a home. It is beautiful, clean, and the staff is always kind, friendly, and helpful.

My mother has been a resident for over a year and we have seen the service go downhill. One of the cook has no idea how to cook. They have a problem keeping aid and nurses. They have had administers either incompetent or putting rules in place that could put residents at risk like locking the front door at 5:30 then not answering the door bell. The residents like to go out for dinner or visit family and friends but are unable to enter the building on there return without pressing a door bell. This would be ok accept that no one seems to hear the door bell. My suggestion is to give every resident a key to the front door. My mom loves living there and has great friends there.

Short on staff. 4 different directors in 5 yrs. Aides not educated in dementia.avtivities gal busy cooking in kitchen cuz cooks quit.aides busy on their cellphones. No one at reception desk. No locked doors, anyone can walk in or dementia patients can escape. Meds not given on time...should I go on?

Horrible place to work , most of the staff are messy , the Ed just believes whatever he hear from the messy employees they harass you until you quit it or get fired they make up lies they try to bash you they treat the patients horrible and only focus on drama from the Ed to the receptionist to most of the employees there are literally 2 good employees that’s there

My parents live there. Clean, fairly spacious apartments. Meals are iffy. Some are really good, some, not so much. High turnover of staff and because of this, it can be hard to get good, reliable help.

Fomer Three year resident, we had to move as my mom needed more care. In the years we were there they got better with activities, and staffing, flexible to meet what the residents wanted. The staff truly cares about their residents. Most of the staff is not local, some take public transit yet they are they snow, rain or shine - that is care and dedication. Something not many of think about or appreciate often enough. Great theater room, nice dining room for entertaining family, friends.
