I can't recommend Brookdale enough! Before my mom settled here, she had been to another facility, vastly different than Brookdale. At Brookdale, the staff is caring, conscientious, and provides everything she needs to stay healthy & thriving. The executive director patiently listened to all of our concerns and went above & beyond to meet our needs! She made us feel more than supported and heard. The resident coordinator is always there and makes time for us! She makes sure Mom has everything she needs from the right meals to clean & comfortable accommodations. I love how many weekly social events they have. My mom went from being withdrawn and isolated to loving her new friends. We feel very lucky and thankful for Sarah and her team!

My mother has been a resident at Brookdale Nohl Ranch for over a year. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and caring. The food is delicious with a great variety to choose from each day. The caregivers/nursing staff are very helpful. The resident care coordinator goes above and beyond to help the residents and their family. Medical staff comes to the facility which makes it easier for my mother. The activity director has a variety of daily activities to accommodate the residents. I am happy that I chose Brookdale Kohl Ranch for my mother.

My was a resident at Brookdale , I am so grateful for the staff here! The nursing staff was top notch and so loving! Always having big smiles when you enter the facility ! I could not have asked for a better place to have my mom!! They are truly an amazing place to have for your elderly family members!

Generally, Brookdale, North Ranch was pretty good. However, I really feel like I got nickel and dimed and had to scrutinize my bill every month for unnecessary charges. I encourage anyone living there or if you have a family member living there go over your bill with a fine tooth comb.

My mom has resided at Brookdale for over a year and she absolutely loves it. She loves her balcony where she can admire the trees and the birds that frequent her birdfeeder. The meals are delicious. The fact she could bring her cat was a triple plus. There is a plethora of activities including a weekly happy hour.

My mother has lived here for the last year. I have noticed many positive changes within the last couple of months. There is a warmth that was lacking prior to the arrival of the new Executive Director, Sarah DeVore.

I guess I could start with, nice hot cup of coffee and delicious breakfast in the morning, very friendly staff, transportation manager, always doing his best to fit you into his schedule, activities director Maritza, fun and hilarious, also quite the artist during arts and crafts, food is fantabulous!!, I find myself having to walk off a delicious meal everyday, and and the week having communion from the local Catholic Church

My friend was admitted into this facility month and half ago. She almost choked to death yesterday from eating yogurt and was unable to reach the call button on the wall because she couldn't get out of bed on her own. If it wasn't for a friend coming to visit the staff would of never known. This place is NOT cheap and to have this happen it is unaccepranle. So be aware of putting your loved ones in this facility.

My 93YO Mom fell and broke her hip. After surgery and skilled nursing she could not return home so my husband and I started looking at assisted living locations. Brookdale Anaheim Hills was by far the cleanest, friendlyist and most welcoming of the many we looked at. Mom has a great apartment with a bedroom, living room, walk in closet, bathroom with walk in shower, a kitchenette and a good sized balcony. Beyond the lovely apartment, the facility itself is upscale, yet homey. There are tons of activities, it is pet friendly and she can get as much or as little help as she needs. The cost is very reasonable when compared to bringing someone into the home to make sure she is safe. The staff is very caring and patient and residents seem very happy. She loves the food where she orders from a menu. The location is ideal, sharing the parking lot with CVS, Subway, Fresh Choice Market, Papa Johns, a great Mexican place, a Thai place and many others. If you are looking for a place for your loved one give Veronica a call, she is director of sales. She is caring and patient with newbies like me.

My mother was recently in a rehab facility and could not go home. I was referred to Brookdale Nohl Ranch and from the first phone call and even when coming into tour, I was greeted by friendly, caring staff. They helped me with everything and made my mother feel very welcomed! She loves all of the staff, the food is excellent!! I know that my mom is well cared for and enjoys all her new friends. I would definitely recommend them!
