I am not an easy person to impress. However, after seeing the care my mother received from the Azura staff, I must say I was very pleased, thankful and, Impressed! My mother was in 2 different facilities before she took up occupancy at Azura. The care she received was OK. Azura however, is the industry Benchmark for Assisted Living Memory Care. Thank you for everything you did for my mom.

Azura is an amazing place! When I walk in the door, I am greeted with warmth that clearly flows throughout the entire building. My mom is cared for with love despite she is often challenging to care for. The staff share that warmth and love with every resident. They respect the philosophy that Azura is truly their home and respect the decisions of the residents, fostering as much independence as possible. I could not have chosen a better place to support my mom with her end-of-life needs.

I would recommend Azura Memory Care and specifically the staff in Eau Claire without hesitation for anyone looking for quality, compassionate senior care for their loved one. My mother lived in one of the Eau Claire houses for over three years before passing in May of 2023. The outpouring of support from the staff during her final days was inspiring and the actions and empathy from the staff made the difficult situation of losing my mom so much better. They clearly cared about her as a person, they knew her as a friend, not just a resident, and they were mourning her passing right along with me. It was more than I could have hoped for and reinforced that I had made the right decision on where my mom should live.

I have been working for Azura now for a year. It's not only a team but it's family. From the staff to management. We all work together. I call it my second home. The best part of my day is my residents and seeing the smiles and the laughs everyday and making sure they are happy! I can say I love my job and what I do! Thank you azura for even you do for us.

Amazing well trained staff with deep compassion and a heart for those with memory care issues. I have instructed my kids that if ever I need to be placed in an assisted living facility, put me on a plane and take me to Azura in Eau Claire Wisconsin. I am so grateful to them for the superb care they give my Mother in Law during this difficult phase of her life.

My cousin used to work here and my 53 year old Aunt who had an aggressive rapidly progressing form of dementia lived here up until Thursday April 7th, 2022 when she gained her angel wings and they took such great care of her and everyone loved her it only sucks that it's an hour and a half from my house in Minnesota but if I ever have another family member that needs to live in a memory Care facility I would definitely recommend this one thank you for taking such great care of my aunt Deanna and it sucks that she was only able to be there for a short amount of time because of the late diagnosis we will be forever grateful to the wonderful aides would loved to and adored her!! Thank you for being an extremely fabulous company

Our family is so grateful for the loving, compassionate care the staff gave to my Mom. The staff made sure that Moms needs were not only met but done with patience and genuine caring.

My Dad was in five different facilities in six years, none were perfect. Very hard job for employees, mentally and physically. I have only one complaint, the facilities ( corporations) pay themselves well and the employees who make this happen are not very well compensated for this type of work. Only advice I can offer to someone having to consider a place for loved one is to read the contracts very carefully, azura not being an exception. As far as Im concerned they ripped my dad off for 1500.00. Had a call in to the RN for a list of my dads medications. Her name is Bunny, never did get a call back. Waited four weeks w-o a call my dad passed peacefully January 24 2019. Azura orders there meds from an Illinois based company and charges three times the amount for their medications than a small pharmacy in Chippewa falls charges. Azura requires your loved ones bank account information for ACH withdrawal and believe me folks their in control of your loved ones money. Refunds forget people once its gone its gone. Check out as many facilities as you can before deciding on one and visit as much as your family can.
