I give Savannah Grand 5 stars because they have provided excellent care of my parents since 2020. My mother passed away in October 2023 and the love and care they have shown my Dad since that time has been anything but remarkable during this time. Hannah, Roberta, Twylia, and Rita always return calls and handle any issues in an expedient manner. They truly care about the residents at Savannah Grand!

Savanna Grand has been a blessing to our family. Having a parent with dementia is a dynamic and harrowing situation. It's nice to have someone like Hannah Dyke (the director of the memory care cottages), who understands and helps guide you through these challenges. My undying gratitude.

My mom has lived at Savannah Grand for over 2 years. The staff, especially Roberta & Hannah have both been a Godsend to us. They have a heart for the residents like none other. Also the med. nurses on sight are a true blessing as well. So thankful to know mom is being taken care of even when I can't be there.

I am so thankful for how they care for my mom. I know she is well looked after. She loves all the daily activities and outings! Sometimes it is hard to catch her on the phone because she is so busy! What a true blessing that is! The facility is always beautifully decorated for each season and so inviting as you walk in the door! I know all of these things don't happen by chance but are a team effort! Thank you all!!!!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Savannah Grand of West Monroe. My Mom lives there and has been in and out of the hospital and rehab/therapy for almost 7 weeks after a bad fall. The staff at Savannah Grand has been awesome. They helped me with deciding on a place for rehab and checked on her every day. They helped me with a sitter service and a hospice service. One of the staff kept her dog the whole time and took her to see Mom every couple of days. Now that she’s back, she still has challenges that doesn’t fall into the responsibilities of the facility but, the staff has gone over and above their regular duties to accommodate “Granny”. They all came to see her when she came back. I highly recommend Savannah Grand to anyone looking for a place for their elderly parents to live. Cheers To Savannah Grand. My dad moved in here and has had a great positive experience. He has started to enjoy hanging out with the other residents and really feel like he belongs again. We have nothing but nice things to say about the staff and the whole experience.

Our mother and our Aunt were both very well cared for by Debbie and her team. Our mother started in the apartments in the front then later when her health condition changed was transferred to the cottages in the back. Both areas the staff was very attentive to her needs and care. They treated her as a family member and for that we will always be grateful! Thank You for caring for our mother!

My mom moved into Compassion Savannah Court in July 2017. Everyone have been wonderful acclimating mom and her dog. Mom seems stronger and appears much more content with her life. Her pets really seem happy! This is a great comfort to me as I reside out of state.

I've been searching for a nice community for my mom. When I came to Savannah Grand I was very impressed from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. Very welcoming, nice, friendly staff. My mother was able to play bingo well I spoke with staff. She enjoyed being here and didn't want to leave. I knew then this was home for my mom.
