As an artistic partner of Arbor Terrace Roseland, I have had the pleasure of collaborating with their activities team on a number of different projects. Earlier this year, we partnered together for a "Wish Upon a Star" celebrating the musical treasures from Walt Disney. Angela and her team truly went above and beyond in making this a memorably unforgettable experience for all of the seniors, their children, and grandchildren. I have seen this same kind of dedication outside of the concerts also. While I perform for a number of senior living communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic, not all of them are created equal. I recommend Arbor Terrace Roseland not simply from my work as a musician but also as one who has the difference made in the lives of so many through their countless efforts.

We have been servicing the HVAC equipment at Arbor for many years, and our technicians can attest that it is a wonderful place to work and live. The dedication to residents' comfort and the courteous, kind behavior of the maintenance and facility staff towards both residents and technicians is commendable. Each time we are there, we see firsthand how deeply they care for their employees, vendors, and residents.

I have worked with healthcare professionals now for 37 years as a Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Manager in Medical and Healthcare Market Places and have met scores of people in varied businesses. My hat is off to all those I have met at Arbor Terrace Roseland...especially Donna Salvati. I would recommend this facility highly for a loved one to live.

I have the pleasure of being a vendor at Arbor Terrace Roseland. The staff are kind, caring and committed to compassionate care. The building is beautiful and clean. Management are not just people who sit behind the desk I frequently see them engaged with residents and families. It’s truly an intimate place for adults as they age to still have independence, age in place and receive the dignity every person deserves throughout their life.

My Mom has been a resident at Arbor since June 2019. I knew the first time I walked in that Arbor was special. The staff is amazing. I know she is cared for and made to feel at home. The aides and nursing staff know her and her needs. They make her laugh. When I visit (and I visit often), they touch base with me and keep me informed of everything. I know she is more than just safe--she is happy! Kate, Kerry, on the memory ward and Marie behind the desk go above and beyond. I am very happy with everything at Arbor Terrace in Roseland!!!!

As someone working in the senior service world, I find the atmosphere at Arbor Terrace Rosel sweet, warm and caring. Friends who have moved their parents to Arbor found the staff to be nurturing and attentive, knowing each resident by name and understanding their special needs. As a professional working together with Arbor staff, I have found their nursing knowledgeable and caring in meeting the needs of our shared clients. I have especially enjoyed the cooperative and warm relationship with Donna Salvati as we co-sponsored a number of programs to benefit local seniors, especially during the past two years of the pandemic. We share the value of providing worthwhile and fun programming, enhancing the lives of seniors in the community.

The outside looks like a modern townhome which certainly helps in reinforcing the fact it is a home to many. Moving inside, the staff is where the rubber meets the road and by far exceeds expectations. From figuring out dining groups to daily basic needs it is all done with a smile while protecting residents dignity. The connection to family is also an important aspect and is very helpful to receive app notifications when family members participate in activities or require more supplies. For what appears to be complex situation to a family like Thanksgiving, Joy and her staff easily overcame a longer than anticipated visit by ordering in meals to the room giving the resident much happiness. Donna and her staff made paperwork and physical arrangements a breeze with likeminded organization skills which exceed family expectations.

Arbor is a beautiful community. I have been to the community numerous times and each time I'm there I feel a warm feeling. The staff feels like family, the apartments are roomy and beautiful. The entertainment room is great and they always have a full list of activities. It's a great place to live.

My Mom has been a full time resident of Arbor Terrace for 4 years we are very happy with the care she receives from the Dementia care area. We are also very happy with the personalized care and attention given to my mother by Kate Flores. From day one she has always watched over my mom sending us pictures of her and mom walking outside, doing activities, and do on. One other person of high regard is Kerry. When she tells you she'll take care of it, you can have confidence that she will!! So it's working well for us and my Mom.

My father-in-law moved into Arbor Terrace with his long-time companion as she had several illnesses that he could no longer manage on his own. Everything at Arbor Terrace - from the time Pop checked in until he checked out (he moved to an independent living facility upon the death of hi companion) - was truly wonderful. The staff (Ingrid Jensen - you know who you are!) assisting us with Pop's transitions were magnificent. Not long after he moved in, the pandemic hit - but Arbor Terrace took it in stride. We were still able to communicate with Pop and saw that all his needs were met. The front desk staff (Marie!) was wonderful - everyone was always so cheerful and accomodating. If you are thinking of an assisted living facility, don't look any farther. the rooms are spacious, the facility is clean and bright, and I always was dancing in the lobby as I loved the 'muzak' that was being played. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the facility. BEST PLACE FOR ASSISTED LIVING!!!!

My brother and I visited Arbor Terrace in our search for the right place for our mom. Ingrid met us at the door and sat with us to hear about our mom's needs. After telling her about our mother's likes, hobbies, medical condition, dining preferences, and physical needs, we were given a full tour. Ingrid warmly greeted patients and staff by name, explained the functions of each room and department, and showed us vacant apartments where our mom could live. It was such a positive experience. We brought Mom the following week and she was evaluated by Kerry to determine her level of care. Ingrid assisted us in the evaluation, explaining things to Mom in a caring and supportive way. Ingrid was exceptionally responsive to the emotional needs of our mother and emoted a very supportive and respectful demeanor toward Mom. She was exceptional and we are extremely grateful.

I am a professional working in the senior field. A few of my friends' parents have moved to Arbor Terrace within the last two years and they couldn't be happier. They were made to feel "right at home." They love the activities and entertainment. They have made friends. They love the food and the dining companions. But most of all they appreciate the attention of the staff from the caregivers, program coordinators and even the Marketing team. Everyone there cares and want to make sure the residents are having a good experience. Very "hands on!"

My mom considered Arbor Terrace her home, she felt really comfortable there and the staff were amazing to her. Her aide, Martha, became her best friend. She treated my mom like gold and made sure she was taken care of; in the end she made sure my mom was as comfortable as possible. I cannot say enough about Marie, who runs the front desk. I knew that if she was handling a task it would get done; especially getting my mom to her oncology appointments. The director, Rob, he worked with us in order to get my mom into Arbor and did an amazing job when the pandemic hit; not that many people got covid because of him. The rest of the staff were excellent, they made my mom feel at home and loved her. Thank you, Arbor Terrace!! I did not have to worry as much about my mom because of you!!

We had to make the decision that our mother was in need of additional supports during Covid. Needless to say, it is a difficult decision to make at any time, but especially arduous during the pandemic. Thankfully, It is a decision that we do not regret at all! From the start with the first phone call, we felt supported, cared for, and safe. Seven months later, we feel all of that and more. The ENTIRE staff, from the front desk, custodial, dining hall, coordinators, management, and all medical and support staff, cares for our mother as well as we did (and sometimes better!:-) They have a genuine understanding of how to support the residents holistically and always with the respect and dignity they deserve. Our mother oftentimes says that she has adopted all the staff as her extended children! Not only does our mother feel safe, we, her family do as well. That feeling is priceless........as is Arbor Terrace!

However, quality of life for the residents is the factor that matters most to the Arbor Terrace staff, who comprise a team determined to deliver the best day to day experience for each resident. I definitely made the right decision to place my husband at Arbor Terrace Roseland. He has the best care possible and the staff is amazing. Their kindness, compassion and training is beyond compare. During the pandemic, I received constant updates on how the facility was coping with keeping the residents safe. In addition, Arbor headquarters would also send info on their handing of the pandemic. The info was open and concise. Even under lockdown I was able to see my husband via FaceTime and received updates from the Hospice nurse on his condition. Friends who had family in some other facilities had no info at all about their loved ones. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance of the property is always clean and beautiful. Definitely the right choice. A great location for me as well.

Arbor Terrace has literally been a lifesaver for our aunt. It is very homey and the care given by the staff is phenomenal. Everyone working on the Memory Care Unit has a vast understanding of dementia in every stage. Our aunt loves the daily activities and outings and, most importantly, she is thriving! We are thrilled with the care that she is receiving. The team is loving, compassionate and they always go above and beyond for all of us. This is the perfect place for my father. Vibrant atmosphere, caring staff and clean facility with good food. It is not just a nursing home, it is a community. Kate is an absolute angel who truly cares about each resident in the memory care.

I moved my Grandmother from Emeritus to Solana and it was the best move we ever made. My Grandmother was a resident in the memory care unit and after our experiences at Green Hill and Emeritus we were beyond thankful for the care she received at Solana. The medical team was always available to answer questions and help even when my grandmother had to go to inpatient rehab in another facility for three months. My grandmother passed away but I was so thankful that she spent her last year in a place where she was so well cared for. I am not usually someone who writes online reviews but having gone through the process of trying to find the best Assisted Living program for my grandmother I felt it was my responsibility.
