My dance/entertainment troupe, The Tennessee Jewels, performed at Mary Queen of Angels today. The facility is immaculate & the staff are so loving and helpful. On top of that, the residents who were our audience were spectacular & very ready to have FUN! A most enjoyable experience!

I toured MQAA today and had the opportunity to meet with Hannah Atkins. She walked me through the facility but most importantly, she took the time to understand our family’s needs. Simply put- Hannah was outstanding- a knowledgeable professional who was patient & incredibly genuine throughout the entire process. She addressed every question and showed genuine compassion and concern for our situation. I didn't get a rehearsed or canned sales pitch”just thoughtful guidance & honest answers. During the tour, I was really struck by the atmosphere. The engagement between residents and staff felt sincere”people weren’t just going through the motions; they really seemed happy to be there. The facility itself is bright, clean, and welcoming with a sense of warmth that’s impossible to manufacture. The facility is great but clincher for me was the people. From Hannah to the folks cleaning the floors- its clear that their residents are happy and being cared for in a great environment by kind, attentive, & sincere staff.

Mary Queen of Angels is the most impressive assisted living facility I have ever visited. From the moment you enter the foyer there is a warm welcoming atmosphere. I was given a tour by Lyndsey Gower who was detailed with her explanation of all that is offered for a very comfortable life. It truly exceeded my expectations.

The staff person, Wendy, impressed me greatly the way she had followed thru with actions after a visit with a resident. She found the resident on the front porch with me. She came to report on her call with the family and calmed resident. Wendy was calming and encouraging and very positive in a very sincere way. This was what I would like to experience. Wendy was a wonderful example and role model for others.

My VERY dear friend is doing so much better mentally and physically since she switched facilities. She was having such a hard time with transitioning to an assisted living home to begin with. After 2 years( In a brand new facility), her daughter moved her right next door to her sister at Mary Queen of Angels. She is back to socializing and staying out of the hospital!! Her sister is doing very good as well. We are so grateful. She looks and sounds so much better this past year. I would highly recommend Mary Queen of Angel's.

My friend moved into MQoA yesterday. The staff did whatever she needed to get her settled. They were very patient & understanding of the emotional trauma that was going on in my friend's life. A staff member called me this morning to let me know my friend was having a rough time & needed a phone call. That intervention allowed her friends to call & encourage her to keep the lunch date planned for today. Also they sent the maintenance man to move the furniture where she wanted & hooked up her TV . The lady who arrived back at MQoA after lunch entered a room arranged in a harmonious & attractive manner. The efforts of the staff helped change my friend's demeanor from distress & despair to a smile of acceptance & gratitude.

I had a family member in Mary Queen of Angles in 1999-2002 and it was wonderful then. I recommend this to my friend because she was not happy where they had first placed her. I went to see her this afternoon and was very impressed with not only the update of the facility but the warmth it had. I went when dinner was being served and the excellent food, staff serving the residents, and the especially how lovely the decor was. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and offered assistance.

I went to visit my grandfather and everybody was super friendly. Rise was at the front desk and was very inviting. She was very inviting, helpful & friendly, and it was very obvious that she enjoys working here. My grandfather was having some issues with his cable television, so Chris came to help. He was amazing. He was super friendly, and spent extra time to make sure that my grandfather’s needs were met. Chris even showed us a few extra things with the remote to help my grandfather, which he didn’t have to do. All in all, everybody was super nice, and I feel very comfortable that my grandfather is being taken care of at Mary Queen of Angels.

I would highly recommend that you tour Mary Queen of Angels when looking for assisted living. Our guide, Carol, was awesome! Very personably, and open about Mary, Queen of Angles. I really liked the fact that there was no institutional feel about this place. It felt homey even with all the residents living there. Everyone that I met was super nice. The apartment that I looked at was great. The services and care were outstanding. I loved the place!

Very nice facility with kind and friendly staff. My Aunt's room and bath are big and roomy. I don't hear any complaints with the food. I'm handicapped and right now the parking is not sufficient because of construction supplies being stored in the parking areas. I had to keep driving around four times until someone left in order to get a parking space.

The front desk area is welcoming. The facility is immaculate and the staff are attentive and helpful when I had a question. The check in was quick and effective. After signing in with the facial recognition system I was welcomed to enter and visit. Again the staff were accommodating and friendly and the facility was clean and quite welcoming.

My mother has lived here for five months. This place is amazing. Mother is very happy here. I feel very comfortable having her live here. Mother is almost 95 and I am thankful every day. I do visit frequently and I have 24 hour access to check on her.
