I have been a resident for over 7 years. All my needs have been met by the caring staff. 24 hour security is tight. 24 hour nursing staff available. The food is excellent with many choices. We have many church services, activities and movies. I can walk distances outside and interior halls. I will continue to live in the independent apartments and then, if necessary I'm the Bridge. Having been on waiting lists at several retirement communities in the area so I was pleased last summer when I was able to move into a patio home , which is definitely what I wanted for my companion (A Mason Hamlin Grand Piano) and myself. Of importance to me since I do not have a mechanical "gene," the maintenance is top-notch . You put in a request and it is taken care of within hours. Also, the front desk staff is extremely helpful answering the questions you have as a new resident. They are going through difficulties hiring enough staff for indoor evening dining so there are grumbles about picking up your meal before 4:30 , but hopefully this will ease by the summer when college students again are available.

Is it wrong to say you envy your parents living at Lake Pointe Landing? Delicious meals delivered to their door (during covid), wine and cheese offerings, snacks, movies, exercise classes, a well stocked library and cleaning services? My parents chose Lake Pointe Landing after looking at many other communities and Im thrilled they did. The staff is caring, supportive and great at communicating. The property is beautiful. My parents are happy living there so Im a happy daughter!

Since COVID has not been managed with the mental health of residents in mind. Restrictions have not helped (inmates) at all

The campus is beautiful, the staff are wonderful and they are taking very good care of us during this pandemic. Before the lock down, the activities were fabulous with concerts one or twice a week, and a trip every Thursday! We all have the best times when we can be together!

This is not only a beautiful community but the staff is wonderful and caring! My parents enjoyed every minute of living there,; the social events, the food, and the Front Desk were great! Wish they had moved in sooner and got to enjoy more of the activities they offer!

My mother and father in law lived at Lake Pointe and loved her experience there. They adored Amy, the food, the social activities and their apartment. An elegantly appointed facility with elegant residents.

I have just returned to UK after visiting my Mother at LPL. It is a wonderful place where she enjoys life to the full and is happy. Even I feel at home there! Thanks to the wonderful staff, you are all and I mean all special people!

Well the surroundings at lakepointe landing a very nice it is expensive but the services appear to be ok but they keep adding on charges and charges I do find the property manager very responsive to the needs of my mother while she was there however I recommend that you do not deal with Erica in sales she is rude and has no compassion when she makes a mistake and a short temper. If my mother was not already packed up and ready to move to Lake Pointe after the way she was treated by Erica I would have cancelled the contract and put her someplace else. Besides that I would give this place a 5 star rating
