As of the conclusion of 2024, The Gardens at Osage Terrace has appointed a new Administrator and Director of Nursing. We are committed to enhancing the work environment to ensure it is a better place for everyone. We take great pride in the care we provide to our residents, which includes adhering to all policies and procedures, as well as complying with all State regulations for Assisted Living Level II.

This isn't the newest or shiniest community we toured, but they take care of staff. We see the same caregivers when we visit mom and you can always find someone to answer a question. I recommend highly, especially if your parent needs a higher amount of care.
