The staff are not friendly. We have been treated rude and disrespectful and denied when we try to visit a lifelong friend that was put there. When a friend of the family tried to visit, she was put through the third degree and denied a visit. It might be the family having the staff not allow us, but the staff should be professional and courteous.

I would stay away from this place. An example of the ethics level of this place: The first review at the top of the page is written, not by a client, but by the admissions coordinator. An employee of The Shores of Sheboygan. My experience with The Shores of Sheboygan is a bad one. I was a client. I was assigned a room. I was given permission for my possessions to be moved into my room. Five days before I was to be transported to The Shores of Sheboygan, I was dropped as a client. Why? Because my brother had to continuously call the admissions coordinator because she would not answer our questions. Who did they punish? My brother who is not a client. NO. They punished me who was the client and did nothing wrong. Stay away from this place.

My Mom is a current resident at Shores of Sheboygan. Her room is spacious, and well kept, and she has her own bathroom which is large enough for her wheelchair. The staff is phenomenal. They are extremely pleasant and so easy to work with. They are also very responsive to all my questions. Meals are timely and distribution of the meals are very organized. We transferred my Mom from another facility, I’m so glad we did. She has made tremendous progress at the Shores.

The staff that I've worked with are incredible. In a "short staffed in healthcare" era, they do the best that they can with the resources they're given. After over two months in the hospital, Jenny at Shores of Sheboygan was the first person to say "we'll take care of your mom". They listen to my mom's concerns, and mine, and truly have my mom's best interest in mind. I highly recommend The Shores of Sheboygan.

I can't speak highly enough about the care my loved one receives at The Shores of Sheboygan. They are willing to go above and beyond to help and support the quality of life. The staff from Director of Marketing to the Maintenance Man and everyone in between is incredible, friendly, flexible and trustworthy.

I had visited this facility, It is a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are large and easy to move a wheel chair around, lipless private showers, plenty of staff to answer questions. I highly recommend!

I went to see my mom and it was pretty easy. I got to see how she was living and if she was okay. It a 4/5. The only problem was the location for me.

The Shores is a very nice place with very nice people. My aunt gets along with all of the staff and the director. The meals she tells me are great! She loves the food that they serve. The apartment she is in is comfortable, but she still misses home.
