My Grandmother is a new resident and just moved in. We love everything about the living environment. The residents and Staff are extremely nice and very supportive. I feel good knowing she's in good hands. Lauren helped us with this transition and was awesome! .

Victory Centre is a beautiful facility with a very friendly staff. Lauren, the Lifestyle Specialist, was truly amazing! She was very responsive and attentive. She gave a thorough overview of the centers offerings and a guided tour of the facility. She also walked me through the application process and made everything seamless. I appreciate her help and I'm grateful that my loved one gets to be a part of this community.

I love this place I had no where to go and Lauren made sure I did. Her Boss mr Anothy helped me sign my lease and allowed to feel safe. Lauren packed my stuff for me and help with my transportation from melrosepark on a day she was hosting a wedding at her home she even brought me food with her money. I finally feel like I'm home coming from not having one.

Victory Center of South Chicago is a wonderful place for a loved one to be. They have many activities, outings & it’s kept clean Mrs. Lauren Strother, Lifestyle Specialist has helped me & walked me through all of my questions & concerns. She helped with the paperwork needed and the move in for our loved one. I really appreciate her help & hard work. The residents are happy & they love the staff. My mom has been a resident at Victory for 6 months now and I can tell that her needs are being met there. When I visit I am greeted and feel welcomed. When I take my mom to her doctors appointments the staff makes sure my moms lunch or dinner is waiting upon her return. Everyone is thoughtful and generous. The building is always clean on the inside and the outside areas. No complaints, Thank you!

I had to move my mom there and was hesitant about it but knew she needed the support that an assistant living facility can give her. From the director, move in coordinator, nurses and chef, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Its been two weeks now no complaints, only thank yous for making the move and home-like environment as smooth and welcoming as possible.

9-10-2020... This is going to be easy!!! Wonderful facility, staff, truly compassionate! Victory Centre, Platinum Plus Service! We have a loved one residing at Victory, and, just a few minutes ago, spoke with one of the directors who just went the distance to make sure that our loved one received a bouquet of flowers that had been delayed in delivery! Went out of her way to call us to let us know that the bouquet arrived, and, even had her CNA pick up the flowers to present to our loved one! Thank you all! Very clean, wonderful staff and a lively environment, for a senior living facility. Easily accessed from the lake shore drive extension. The surrounding area is very peaceful; it doesn't even feel like Chicago.
