I visited my friend and old neighbor (Cles) last evening and the Residence looked extra nice. The eating areas were lite and the tables set, and it all looked very inviting. But, the best part is my friend feels safe, clean, comfortable and finally getting good food on a regular basis. The Residence is a blessing for my good friend.

I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the Residence At Timber Pines. Every one of the staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. The place is clean and nicely decorated. There are entertainment and activity opportunities throughout the day, even on weekends. Recommendations and outing suggestions are always welcome and often granted. They truly care about the residents, their health, and happiness.

The Residence is an amazing home for my mom and her husband. The staff has been incredibly accommodating of mom’s care needs from dementia to stoke symptoms. There is so much to do on every floor, if they want a dining hall or a salon, it's mere steps away from their homes to enjoy services one is accustomed to. The Residence at Timber Pines is the most beautiful facility that I have ever visited and I have visited many in several states. My mother actually lived in multiple facilities as she transitioned from independent living to assisted living yo memory care to nursing care. This facility is clean, bright, and has an atmosphere of elegance, yet down to earth. The staff with whom I interacted today were all friendly and helpful and each went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure that I understood what I needed to do upon entering and leaving. My visit with a dear friend was extremely pleasant and it was so comforting to hear her rave about her surroundings, her home there, and all the friends that she has made. I absolutely want to live at The Residence in the future and experience the amazing lifestyle offered during my twilight years!

My mom lived in memory care for about 2 years. This was the absolute best thing for her. We are so happy she lived there for her remaining days with Dementia. They treated her so well and were so very kind. I recommend Timber Pines to everyone that asks.

Having to move my mom into Pearl Garden in August of 2024, which was a difficult decision but the right decision for her, the staff was absolutely amazing! Every staff member that I have encountered have been pleasant & helpful. Any issue I have brought to a staff members attention was taken care of within minutes. I live in Pennsylvania & when it was time for me to leave my mom, I did not have any worry regarding the care that my mom was going to have. The nurses, assistants & activity director in Pearl Garden are WONDERFUL, I can't say enough, I'm so thankful for them & work that they do. Thank you!!!

My mom has been living at timber Pines for a little over six months now and it’s an awesome place for her to be because she’s not lonely all the time she has people eat dinner with and lunch with she even has people that she can walk around the yard the garden and sit by the fountain and everything it’s a great place And. Also, one of my mom became unconscious and fell, and nobody could locate her. The nurses looked in her room and found her unconscious on the floor and immediately sent it to the hospital, which was awesome. The one downfall with that situation was nobody from timber Pines called me or my brothers to let us know that my mom had been admitted into the hospital and we spent a whole day trying to locate her But the place is really great clean it smells great. Everything’s well kept the yard the garden the fountain everything is wonderful.

This was my first time visiting my mother at this facility and she has been here for over a year. And I am a physician not bragging just stating that I probably noticed a lot of things on her care on her happiness on her life there. I have noticed she has improved in many ways being at this facility under the care of the people that work there. It's a very secure place I noted and the people are very helpful that work there they want to help they don't act like they have to. They are authentic. And I noticed it with the other people that live there they are intertwined with the other people that live there in a good way and the people everyone that I met is in a happy healthy place. So I would highly highly recommend this for anybody that might be looking for a place further mother or father or both. I was also able to stop in with my two dogs and they are smaller rat terriers and that was very enjoyable for people to interact with the animals. So I would I hope they don't mind I would push for that cuz everyone that saw the dogs wanted to come up and say hello. It makes a big difference. Dr. Sager

I went to the residence to assist for the Catholic Mass at 1:30pm. The people had set up chairs and water and an Altar in advance. The people waiting for Mass were so friendly and eagerly awaiting Father Edison to come say Mass for them. I will be back to assist every second Friday of the month. Thank you so much.

The Residence stood out to my Dad for its modern facilities and close-knit community. But what truly made it exceptional was the staff. They didn't just know my parent's names and medications; they treated them like family and provided the kind of care I would have given if I had I lived in Florida. When Dad's health declined, Mom made the move down the hall to memory care. The staff went above and beyond to ensure both my parents were safe and comfortable. My mother has been at The Residence for over 11 years. Her experience has been truly remarkable over all of that time period. It truly has been a community for her. Several years ago, she moved from independent living to memory care. Despite a few glitches here and there, the nursing and aid staff really care about everyone there and try their best to make residents comfortable. I cannot say enough about the support I have received from Maria Sabo. She never fails in keeping me apprised of what's going on and doing everything she can to help my mother.

After my Dad died, my Mom wanted to stay in Florida but could no longer live alone. We considered all options including in-home care, and ultimately chose The Residences at Timber Pines. She moved into The Residence at Timber Pines Assisted Living over a year ago, and it has become her new home. She has a wonderful apartment and balcony, has made new friends, is able to enjoy many activities, and gets the assistance she needs for her safety and health. The staff have been caring, and when she has needed assistance, they have always been responsive and helpful. 5/2024 update- With every visit, it’s evident that this is more than a facility, it’s a caring community. I’m so grateful my Mom is able to live here.

I am an employee as the Life Enrichment Coordinator (Activities Coordinator) in the Memory Care area of Pearl Garden. I've been working here for 5 months since January 2023 and I have LOVED every second of it!!!! This community is so beautiful both inside and outside! The staff and residents are all so friendly and a pleasure to be around on a daily basis. Its very professional and everyone makes you feel like you are a part of an amazing community, team, and family!!! I'm leading fun activities such as trivia, bingo, sports, exercise classes, parties, etc and my residents and I always have so much fun together! This community is AMAZING in all aspects and I give it an A+ rating with 5 Stars! I highly reccommend it if you are wanting to join our team for employment or if you are needing to help find a new home for your family member! You will NOT be disappointed.
