We like Meridian at Lantana! My wife and I helped my elderly aunt tour 3 assisted living places. My aunt sure liked the Meridian the best, so she decided & signed up and moved there. The key guy, Riley, was very helpful to explain the different room types and level of care. We got a whole tour of the place. We were invited to lunch to try out the food and experience (both were awesome). We got to speak freely with 2-3 residents and they sure liked it and were pleasant to talk to. It was a very welcoming place to tour and see. My aunt did move in a couple of weeks ago. The first week was hectic and a little scary for my aunt. Meridian gave "extra hands on" attention and did what they could to welcome my aunt. A few hiccups in getting a landline phone, but have since been resolved. After two weeks, my aunt seems to like the place. The monthly/daily activities are a big plus!! My aunt has participated in a few activities and enjoyed them. I think it is a BIG WIN, since my aunt was living alone in her own home and very dependent on friends to occasionally (or infrequently?) pick her up and drive her to shopping, banking, and activities. Meridian offers activities and driving services! Every day I talk to my aunt, she sounds more "herself", and not so depressed. I have confidence that she will not only live a good life at Meridian , but to thrive too! in her last chapter of a good long life.

I toured Meridian at Lantana while helping my aunt explore senior living options, and we both left feeling really good about the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, organized, and clearly experienced. The tour was thoughtful and well paced, and they covered every detail from living options and amenities to pricing and the move-in process so we never felt unsure about anything. The community itself felt bright, clean, and lively while still being peaceful. Everything looked well maintained, and you could tell there’s strong management behind the scenes keeping things running smoothly. What meant the most was how comfortable my aunt felt. The team was patient, respectful, and took the time to answer all her questions, which made the decision making process much less stressful. I would absolutely recommend Meridian at Lantana to anyone looking for a caring, well managed senior living community in the area.

Meridian staff were outstanding. Riley greeted us pleasent and answered all are questions expertly. This pleasant attitude and competence prevailed throughout all the staff. In review of one of the two bedroom apartments we found it more than adequate to our expectations. Very happy with our visit.

My mother is a resident there, I have nothing but positive things to say specially about the kitchen. They have done a good job pertaining my mother and her special diet restrictions. Chef Pierre and Chris the FSD are excellent they are always around in the dining room. All the servers are wonderful as well. Great place great people

Finding an Assisted Living Facility for my mother, Rita, was an extremely stressful task. Having identified several facilities in the area I wanted to visit them all. From the moment I entered the Meridian of Lantana and met Lori the Community Relations Director, I instantly felt welcomed, at ease, and just knew I had found the perfect place for Mom. Lori had an engaging smile and personality and answered all of my questions. She really listened to me and addressed each of my concerns. She took me on a tour of the facility and the apartments. Additionally, she introduced me to some of the staff, who were also very friendly. Even the signs throughout the Meridian are welcoming and make one feel at home. I had follow-up calls and visits with Lori and each time, felt fully supported and relieved to have met someone as kind and helpful as she was, helping reduce my anxiety about this move. My mother was also very nervous about the move and when I brought her to the Meridian for an initial assessment, Lori was there to greet her with a smile and embrace. Ana, the Resident Services Director, was very kind and caring, answering many of our questions and concerns. Both Lori and Ana were extremely warm and friendly and successfully put my Mom at ease. This review is for Lori Jackson, the Community Relations Director of the Meridian at Lantana. We recently moved my father from a two bedroom apartment to a one bedroom after my mother's recent passing. Lori was a dream during this process. She was kind, knowledgeable, dependable and caring as we muddled our way through grief and change. Our father is settled again now, and I run into Lori often during my visits. Always a breath of fresh air with a smile on her beautiful face, it's a pleasure to run into her in the halls of our loved one's dwelling. About a year ago, I was looking for an assisted living place for my parents who are in their 90’s. Denise H. met with me and showed me around the whole place. She listened as I spoke about their needs. Well, she did good; my parents love their apartment, love the food and get more exercise then they did before moving in. I think they are in better shape than they were before moving to the Meridian. Thank you Denise, Ana , Adele, and Wilma.

My neighbor is ready for Assisted Living. Shayna Was So Delightful giving us a tour. The Facility Well Designed And Decorated. Every possible need and details addressed from transportation to meals and activities I would have given 5 Stars with the exception of a few MAINTENANCE matters at elevators and Ac vent leaks. Overall A 5 Star Experience. Denise Fabulous, Patient and Caring. We have been on standby awaiting my friend's Definite Move to the Meridien. Just a matter of time Soon. Came here to check out a place for my father. Was greeted by Denise Higgins, as if I was family! Was shown around the whole place, which looked clean and immaculate! Not looking for a five star resort, but a place to call home. This is that place, a home sweet home place. Residents look happy and content, not a frown in sight peaceful and tranquil, at least that’s what the bird’s said We looked at a one bedroom, quite spacious indeed! Bathroom right next to the bedroom. A divider between the kitchen and living room, which you can just add in bar stools and you have yourself a place to eat. Big walk-in closet and many other closets as well. All amenities included, just like the other Assisted Living’s. The only difference is you are paying for the so called status-quo at those other places! This place is affordable, compared to other places around here. Add up all the costs, you will see for yourself. Don’t let the free lunch fool you at those places The care - you or your loved ones should get the best care possible. Whether it is Assisted Living or Memory Care, you deserve a place that will make sure to take care of YOUR NEEDS. There is no perfect place. Make sure to do your research. I have done mine! Enid, the Executive Director, has been extremely helpful in resolving some issues that occurred during my father’s move to Meridian. Additionally, my father was having trouble with his laptop, and Enid took time to help him. She then assisted me with the installation of some remote access software, so I could help him from my home. It is reassuring to know someone there cares so much about the residents. Thank you for the Covid information. When we are so far away, we feel reassured that he is well cared for.

We looked at 6 different assisted living facilities and Meridian at Lantana checked all our boxes. Denise has made the whole experience so much fun and has bent over backwards to meet our needs. Lydia has been so sweet and really cares about my father in law’s opinion and feelings. Randy always has a smile and a kind word when we come to visit. He loves the entertainment and activities. When ask how he’s doing you can always count on him saying Great’.

Meridian at Lantana is a very warm, friendly and beautiful community. The staff is wonderful and you can tell they care about their residents. Enid is a great Executive Director with an open door policy and strives very hard to make sure all residents are taken care, safe and happy.

I would not recommend this community. My family member has lived there for a few years. Since it was taken over by new owners it has gone continuously down hill. The nursing staff is very caring but always short staffed and my family member doesn’t get the care they are paying for. In the past 2 years there has been at least 6 different Executive Directors. There’s nothing stable and turnover in management is often. Promises are made however nothing changes. The building was renovated last year but nothing is ever kept clean. There are roaches throughout and the bathrooms are dirty. The hallway rugs are dirty and the residents who have dogs also add to the dirty rugs. The elevators are old and smell. The food is often salty and served cold. The activities are nothing wonderful but typical. There’s never anything new. I would not consider this community for anyone. There are so many new ones being built. Our family is looking to make a move.

This senior living facility has gone downhill since being taken over by Pacifica. People are quitting left and right and residents are moving out as well. Check your options.

I gave two stars for the simple reason being Jamie that sits in the front is very rude on professional does not know how to speak to people he is in the wrong field this field is for people who have compassion for elders and who want to better their lives a lot of the staff there are very rude an impolite and just have no passion and no care and concerns and just really have no heart in the work that they are doing the heart is not in the right place and it's sad they have recently renovated maybe they should renovate their staff it's sad that these elderly people are subjected to this kind of staff when they are paying for their services

Meridian at Lantana is absolutely beautiful. There are very attentive and interested employees. The food is made by an experience crew which everyone seems to enjoy. I loved the salmon. My mother's move to Meridian has been great. Ken found us a great apartment very quickly. Randi has been there for me directing me to the right people and Jean has helped my mother with meals and support when she calls the front desk. My mother adjusted quickly thanks to the friendly care givers and the amazing food. She has only been there 1 month, but she is adding new activities and friendships every day.

Mikaela Saunderson is by far the most helpful compassionate person. All the staff here were great making the decision to put my grandfather in a home was a hard one but the staff here are so compassionate it makes it a little easier.

My mom moved into Atria, now Meridien three years ago. She has been very happy, but things have changed drastically since Pacifica took over. Countless wonderful staff have left, including the two directors Pacifica brought in. The residents are confused and concerned. As my 96 year old mom said this evening, We don’t know who’s in charge. It’s a terrible feeling to live here in the middle of the staff changes. I am also very concerned about the lack of security. There is always someone at the desk, but they are usually young people on their cell phones. If someone dangerous or inappropriate entered the facility, would they know what to do? There should be cameras throughout the building. Recently a few residents’ apartments have been robbed. Why aren’t there cameras and secure entrances and exits. I live in NY and when I hear these stories, I’m obviously concerned. I need to know my mother is safe and secure. Pacifica is pouring money into renovations, but they need to first put into place a permanent and secure staff that understands the concerns of the elderly residents and communicates regularly with them. Weekends are especially concerning to me- if there’s an emergency, who, other than the person at the desk is available? Obviously, Covid has changed all our lives, but please remember the people who live in thisluxury facility are human beings who need friendliness, consideration, and someone trustworthy and capable of providing strong leadership. I know this is a business but word of mouth is what keeps a place alive. Many families are concerned and not very happy about life at Meridien Lantana right now!

Community is beautifully decorated and residents are engaged and happy. Pool is a nice addition for the residents to relax or exercise. Apartments are roomy. Activities keeps the residents active and connected with their family members.

I am 92-years-old and have lived at Atria Meridian for about three years. I have been widowed for 30 years now and miss my wife dearly. I never thought in my life that I would be living in this type of facility. But after some time here, I have learned I can adjust myself to this type of living here at Atria. If you want you can be busy all day with the activities that are scheduled each day by the Engage Life Director, Heather. There is a Registered Nurse here to assist in some problems you may have. Of course food is just about first on your list and we have a professional chef who plans the meals and a crew of very courteous servers to assist him. It never hurts to have a professional Executive Director, Judy, who has many years of experience heading up the whole facility.
