Having worked in the long-term care field for a number of years, I constantly hear from patients/families about their wonderful experience here. The staff here are top notch and they have an unbelievable facility. Would recommend this location to my own family and friends.

As an aide who has worked at around 60 different facilities in North East OH and Western PA, this one is one of the best. The design of the facility inside and out is very asthetically pleading. They keep up on the landscaping work and do a good job. The food is outstanding, especially for a Long Term Care facility. The staff is friendly, helpful, and full of hard workers. All of the residents I have taken care of love it here. Probably the nicest facility in trumbull county, OH.

I have found everything of the highest quality. During the past 5 years I have experienced more contact with this industry than I ever wanted. Each time my wife was to be released from a hospital environment, we requested Lake vista with no success. After being exposed to 4 other facilities in two counties nothing held a candle to this one. My mother spent a very long time here to recover and return to home. This facility was outstanding. The kindness of all the staff was over the top. The food is very good and the activities planned were fabulous fun. The physical therapy was superb. I went to visit the ladies who live here full time many times and they are so happy. This is a great place with good people. They have many, many long term employees that have been here for years. Many other facilities have a constant turn over. That tells me plenty as it should you too. If you are looking for a fabulous place that will care for your loved ones as family in Trumbull County, you have arrived at the right spot.

I want to remind people that when in rehab at Lake Vista and there is a problem, management is unable to correct something if they are unaware of dissatisfaction. Communication is the key to having a 5 star rating.

My husband is there for rehab after an accident. He has had wonderful care and everyone is so friendly. He will be going home soon. We are so thankful to everyone at Lake Vista.
