The building has been beautifully renovated and they have great care. They have LTC SAR and AL. The view of the river is incredible. The staff are all kind and compassionate and the residents are all well cared for and happy, they are always busy with activites.

My Aunt was at Riverview for rehab and I thought it was a very nice place. Clean, friendly nurses and the staff met with my Aunt and I to discuss their goals. The social worker, Jessie, was a tremendous help to me when I had questions. He was very thorough and helpful.

I was very sad to see a post on Facebook with a Wishlist from the residents. They were asking for basic necessities. Tissues, toothpaste , paper, things to draw with etc.. It reminded me of a list that would come from a homeless shelter. Yesterday I dropped things off. There were 2 people sitting on the porch. They told me that they were cold. There appeared to have an electric fireplace by it was not turned on. They took away all of the rocking chairs on the porch and replaced them with 2 uncomfortable bench/ couches. One lady told me that they are so low that she has a hard time getting up. I went home to get new fleece blankets and hats and gave them to a man on the porch. I will be taking more there today. It appears that the residents are not being well taken care of and certainly deserve much more. Mary Honeyford

Stellar experience at the Riverview Estates! My father became a resident 3 years ago and has been happy and content, flourishing in a safe, pristine, and attentive environment. The setting on the Delaware River offers beautiful, soothing, natural views and the recent remodel of the interior sparkles. The options to enjoy activities are varied from movie nights to arts and crafts to mixers to live musical guests and my father can be as involved or not as he wishes. We are delighted with his experience and highly recommend the Riverview Estates for your loved one.

Rachel, the activiry sire tor has ALWAYS gone above and beyond any job description she may have as someone who comes here 2 x a month for church service, she has always been extremely helpful and greatful for the church. It is through this interaction with the residents that i see her true love ans commitment to the residents.

I chose Riverview Estates because I heard it was a beautiful Facility and the care was amazing. I found that the care was very good very attentive. The nurses have sweet and very nice personalities and are very helpful. Physical Therapy I found to be very good! And they are really preparing me well to go home. I would highly recommend patients to come here or for people to send their loved ones here.

The only reason for 3 stars was the physical and occupational therapy team. If not, 1 star. This was my 1st time at a rehab and it was rough and emotional for me at the beginning. As I learned the routine, the people (both staff and residents) I realized that they are here to help and some went out of their way to help me with my recovery and adjustments. The physical and occupational therapy and therapists are hard working, dedicated, knowledgeable and caring. I arrived after a total hip replacement and felt i would have the worst time walking again. Well, 3 weeks later, I'm walking around and able to do more than even the staff expected! A special shout out to my nurses, Lanea, Tia, Peggy Sue and others, for making sure I was cared for, got my needs met for the most part. See below. Thanks to my singing cook, Charles, the kitchen staff and servers who helped me with my needs as a diabetic (very limited sugar free/low calorie options) and their hard work. I made friends, laughed and enjoyed my time in activities with Raxhel and Iris, when they weren't canceled without telling anyone, and the gorgeous Delaware River view. Thanks for making my stay a successful one. All that being said, there were some extremely arrogant nurses, Khalil, who which who deliberately told me he gave me someone else's medicine when the pharmacy couldn't get their act together and we both went without the meds for 2 nights. There was another nurse, Lamar, for unknown reasons, deliberately held back my pain medicine for 2 hours and and repeatedly rubbed my arm after I told him to stop. I finally had to report him for sexual harassment and withholding medicine. The food choices were always too salty or peppery and the portions were extremely small and very little variety. You never knew what was being served until it was placed in front of you. Laundry was atrocious, sending 1 person's clothes to another and losing items. Linens were in very short demand. The transportation coordinator was totally wrong with my scheduled doctor's appointment and the ambulets reaked of chemicals. You never knew if your nurse practioner or doctor was coming or not. My medicine took over a week to straighten out and was withheld my vital supplements. Beware! At the end of my stay, I had given 4 stars, one of the owners, Yehuda, actually had the nerve to come into my room to request a 5 star rating. This was after all the feedback and complaints were told directly to him. What nerve ..so I changed it to 3.

My father passed away last November. We spent his last few days at Riverview Estates with hospice service. The Riverview Estates team was the answer to our prayers - they provided us with the care, comfort, and privacy our family needed during that difficult time. Yesterday was my fathers birthday, and when we reflected on the last year with him - we all agreed the most kind, helpful, and caring team we worked with was Riverview Estates. I stayed here for rehabilitation for 2 weeks. The staff was great 24 hours a day and the food was also very good with nice portions plus including dessert with lunch and dinner. The physical therapists are very good at their job.

Before I came to Riverview Estates, I was at a different facility. The first week I was here, I got better care and better therapy than the 4 month's I was there. The facility is really nice! The view is amazing. I highly recommend thus facility to others.

The staff here is remarkable! My sister had to get some rehabilitation at this facility. All the staff welcomed her with open arms, starting with the first point of contact Vicki who is one of the liaisons for Riverview, she is fantastic. She gave a detailed run-down of what to expect for my sister's rehab needs. The kitchen staff who actually came to her room to welcome her was great. She loved the food which was an advantage to her health since she lost a lot of weight due to her illness. Toni who is the director at this facility was very professional and extremely caring. She has a wonderful nursing staff due to her leadership. My sister has made so much progress with her health after the staff cared for her and now she is on the road to recovery. You will not be disappointed if you choose this facility for you or your love ones medical needs. Thank you so much! Great experience!!

our first couple of days here at Riverview have made me feel more comfortable in a good way about leaving my husband at night. I have met some very caring people and I have some great work ethics. I appreciate everything that has been done for my husband and would allow him to come back here again if necessary.

Riverview Estates Is a small but quaint hidden gem that sits on a Waterfront looking out onto the Delaware River in Riverton. First, I want to thank Victoria for working diligently to help our family to get my dad, (DCouncil) into Riverview for Rehabilitation after a hospital stay and a very unpleasant 2 day experience at another unnamed facility. Victoria went above and beyond and was the Most pleasant and patient when we were frantic in getting my dad moved at a moments notice. She put our minds at ease when my dad was quickly accepted and moved to Riverview. I am glad that I got to meet her in person during their Heart health Event. THANK YOU, THANK YOU THANK YOU Victoria!! To Whitney the unit manager, Jesse the Social Worker, Tameka the Food service manager, Karen the front receptionist, Julian the OT, Sheetal the PT and the Entire staff that supported and assisted my dad during his stay. From the moment we walked in to do the tour, Each and every staff member that we passed greeted us and with a smile. There wasn’t one staff member that didn’t say hello each and every time we came during my dad’s 3 week stay. The facility was clean, smelled fresh and clean and you could tell they took pride in maintaining its appearance. My dad was one of the first persons to move into their new Acute Section of the facility and he had an AMAZING Waterfront View of the River. They provided games, activities and outside entertainment that The residents seemed to greatly enjoy. The food that was offered was tailored to my dads diet and he enjoyed the freshly cooked food choices that was offered. My mom also was invited to eat with him in the dining room for lunch and dinner that had such a warm family feeling and GREAT VIEWS of the water. The staff you could tell loved their jobs but mostly enjoyed the residents there. The amount of love and care that i saw day in and day was exceptional in my eyes. My dad was up and dressed and groomed each morning with his bed neatly made. My family and I came to Riverview everyday for several hours to visit with my dad and I was very observant to everything that went on and I can say that when we left for the day we had NO worries at all. If there was a Place that i would HIGHLY recommend for Short acute stays or long term Assisted Living, Riverview would Be my Number one choice!! I loved watching The Assisted Living Residents come and go through out the facility, Sit on the front porch patio or sit in the hallway enjoying each others company. All of the patients and clients at Riverview are Lucky to be at such an amazing and warm Place! THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR MAKING MY DADS STAY A HOME AWAY FROM HOME! Riverview staff have done a great job helping our family members, one in nursing, one in assisted living, transition into their new environment. Nursing, social work, pt/ot, along with the activities director have done a great job working with our family members and in communicating with relatives in other states. Administrative staff and the billing office have been very helpful. Everything doesn't always go well, but it helps enormously to know that the staff care and keep us informed about how things are going. Much appreciated!

My Mom is enjoying her time in the assisted living portion of Riverview Estates. She loves outings so the group excursions are her favorite days. She is also very sociable and thrives off of her interactions with other residents, staff and visitors - be it on the newly-remodeled porch where she watches the boats on the river each evening, in the dining room, or during the various activities that are scheduled many days. Recently she attended a flower-arranging class that she raved about. And she never misses a musical event! Our family is grateful that our Mom is visited regularly by a caring therapist, was cheered by celebrations over the holidays, and, if she has a request or a need, it seems to be addressed as soon as she asks.

Both my Mom and Dad are sharing a room in the nursing unit. The staff is extremely friendly and supportive. The facility looks stunning with construction continuing in the nursing wings and new PT/OT room. My parents have multiple activities daily that they can choose or simply enjoy the enclosed garden or beautiful porch with river views. The best part is they have pet therapy and we are able to bring their dog to visit anytime.

My dad needed a sub-acute rehab facility following on from acute rehab after brain surgery. I couldn't have asked for a better place for him to have ended up with as he continued his post surgery rehab. He came to Riverview severely deconditioned and not able to get out of bed. At discharge he was able to independently get from bed to a wheelchair and was beginning to be able to stand again. My dad said that the staff was like a giant family and he really enjoyed talking with them. He was also very pleased at how they looked after him. He was so pleased with Riverview that he's going to continue his recovery there in their assisted living facilities. From my perspective, the setting and views of the river are good for the spirit. Moreover, the levels of staffing, the staff attitude, the cleanliness, the constant efforts at modernization and improvement, and the food are all at the highest levels that I have seen in 30+ years of going into such facilities. Obviously, every patient has different needs and therefore different experiences, but Riverview sure was a perfect fit for my dad on his post surgery rehab journey!

Although our mother was reluctant to leave her apartment to take up residency in assisted living, she is now very happy to call Riverview Estates home! At Riverview Estates the entire staff works together to create a welcoming, safe, caring, and friendly environment in a faith based community. I was recently visiting a resident. Unfortunately, I took a spill in the parking lot. The nurses and aides in the skilled nursing section took great care to patch me up. They were all unbelievable, especially Shay! True angels!

i was in this facility for in-patient rehabilitation after spinal surgery. I cannot sing their praises highly enough. I received excellent nursing care, the aides were wonderful, and the therapy staff were all outstanding. Everybody worked with me to get my strength back and walking. and climbing stairs! The food was well prepared and guests were welcomed. I highly recommend this facility
