We just can't believe how lucky our family has been to find Lake House Assisted Living. We tried looking at several places most were bigger organizations. We were treated to tours but none of them asked the personal questions. How can we help you? What does your family loved one like to do?:What did they used to do when they were worked? Do they have hobbies. What would you like to know from us? It was so clear from our tours of businesses that there was only one that we could call a home for our sister.

Every step of the way, Lakehouse has been amazing. The entire staff is caring, friendly, and responsive. My mom has a beautiful room. Prices are reasonable. It's been over a year and I am still thankful for finding Lakehouse.

I highly recommend Brook Gardens. As my brother's POA this facility has shown not only my brother but my entire family kindness, consideration and concern. I appreciate the way they have handles health concerns and still trying to accommodate outside family visiting the facility.

How does one choose an assisted living facility? We found that what was best for Mom and Dad was a smaller place with an incredible staff. We have grown to understand and greatly appreciate how well this amazing staff at Brook Gardens Place gets to know each resident and then how each person shows how much they care. This is evident in their positive outlook, kind and friendly caregiving, frequent communication between administrative staff and family members, excellent nursing services, and clean environment. We are forever grateful we found Brook Gardens Place!

We toured different places when looking for a place for my mom. I can't say enough about this place and what it offered my mom. Sadi, the director is amazing. She has made is transition easier and is always available to offer guidance and help in the process. I am also impressed that they have a nurse on staff. She was very thorough on my mom's plan and she asked many questions. Everyone seems happy and welcome as I have passed through a few times now. It feels homey and comfortable and safe. That attention to detail comes from the leadership and from a staff that cares. As time progresses I will write another review as to my mom's time in her new home. Keep up the good work Brook Garden's Staff! A++++++
