My in-laws moved in maybe 1.5 years ago. My father-in-law subsequently passed. My mother-in-law is physically unable to walk and is weakened from Parkinson's. She has been left on the toilet for over 20 minutes, which made her increasingly uncomfortable. She has been left in positions that are uncomfortable and is unable to adjust her own position. In my opinion, anyone would be uncomfortable in such a position. It is obvious to anyone looking that when the bottom half of one's body is misaligned with the top half, it will be uncomfortable. I have personally witnessed the Aides being irritated and impatient with her to the point that she can't really speak up to get what she needs. She HATES being unable to do for herself. She doesn't like it there. Most of the people there are kind and try to be helpful. Everything I raised in this review are situations that I have personally witnessed, including the kindness of most people there. Generally speaking, my mother-in-law is not a complainer. I would imagine that the employees are exhibiting better behavior when family is around. I am divorced from her son. If I still had a say in the matter, I would look into moving her to a different facility. That said, I don't know if any other place would be better. Maybe they are understaffed or there are other explanations (except for the rudeness and impatience). Do your research people.

I loved Brightview. It was so amazing. The staff was so professional and informative and kind. The building was beautiful. Everyone seemed very happy which says alot. I would live their myself but my sisters and I were looking for my mother and we left so impressed with Brightview.

This is a beautiful place to live and thrive as a senior! My amazing 91 year old mother in law is considering an independent living apartment .Please go see Devon ! She gave us an awesome tour of the facility. When she was done I was ready to sign up myself ! I love all the activities /amenities they have to offer! Everyone was so friendly both staff and residents! It's worth a look if you are considering an independent /or assisted living community .

I would hope I could afford this facility. I am getting older and may at sometime need your facilities. May be too close to my old male friend who lives in Jeffersonville now 7 years . He needs to get a unit also. Thanks for showing me your facility, I have my favorite one which is available at this time.

We went to Brightview to play a Christmas concert for the folks. We had a great time with them. The staff was very helpful and parking was easy. I hope we get to come back again soon!

I recently lost my 97 year old dad, and he spent the last year plus of his life at Brightview. He was in independent living, personal care and ultimately passed while in memory care. I wished he'd spent more of his final years there. I simply cannot say enough good things about this place and the people who work there. They are truly special. Kind, caring, competent, understanding, attentive...this is true for nursing, the kitchen, the maintenance staff and the administration. True throughout. I would recommend Brightview East Norriton to anyone looking for a place for an aging parent.

About 4 years ago, my parents' health was declining. After looking at several retirement and senior living communities, the decision was clear... .Brightview East Norriton! Overwhelmed, my sister and I put their house up for sale, packed and moved them. Although being Adult Children and caring for aging parents is daunting, the move to Brightview was the best decision! My parents were safe, well-fed and had activities and entertainment to keep them occupied. It certainly was a calming feeling for us knowing they weren't stuck in their house alone. Since they were faced with health issues, there was always someone around to help. The staff is like family and watches over the residents. Couldn't be happier!

After my visit at Brightview East Norriton, I was truly impressed with Megan Zachmeier, Community Sales Director, who was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, warm, and an expert in her field. The community was absolutely beautiful! Very clean, well maintained, upscale, and all staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend visiting and placing a loved one there!

As you have probably figured out by now... Between her hospital stays, Rehabs and other Facilities; I have had a lot of issues. Since she doesnt like rocking the boat.... we are the ones that have had to step up to the plate and be proactive advocates for her. Oh my... that sounds slightly dramatic! However my faith in a lot of these places has diminished. I sincerely thank you and Laurie for rekindling my faith. You both enabled me to be reassured! Yes, it IS your job and you are certainly aware of how difficult this process is on family-friends.... You are excellent at what you do Will; and I want you to know how MUCH it is appreciated! My favorite elder, my 93 year old aunt, lives here. I love how she is treated, and its a pleasure to visit her. In the entire time that shes been there, shes never complained about a single thing. Even during the pandemic, the staff has been wonderful and rather accommodating. As a result, my aunt has been safe and healthy. Meanwhile, Ive delivered several items there and the staff has made certain that shes received them.

This is such a lovely place everyone is so nice and pleasant. I work for a health aid company and one of the servers was extremely rude to me saying I cannot sit with the client in the dining area. Instead of her being nice and just letting me know she was awfully nasty and then engaged in conversation about me being there with her co workers. It was very unprofessional and rude. The building its self seems like a great place to live but they need to work in having better staff who knows how to treat people

My parents have been in residence since January 2019. They are both now the age of 88 years and are enjoying every moment at Brightview Senior Living! The beautiful decor and resistance apartments are simply amazing and so inviting! The staff are dedicated to all and go over and above to make you feel welcome, are always there to accommodate your needs!! My Mother has said You will never be bored at Brightview East Norriton, its the place where living begins!!

I went there for a part time security position, yes the place is beautiful and I here good things about the place,but when I went there for my interview I was on time.The man at the desk was busy and asked me to wait.So I followed his instructions, then when he finally asked me what I needed I told him and his response was Oh I think they went into the back already. Follow me so I did. I get to the room and the man conducting the interviews said your name isn't on the list. So we tried to find Human Resources but the lady left for the day. So no job for me. So is the place well runned? My answer is no, I had plenty of experience, took the active shooter course,had my child abuse clearance and fingerprints ready. And over 20 years in security,and I never even got another chance to be interviewed. But that's OK because another place hired me on the spot,their loss my gain.

I was extremely impressed with all Brightview had to offer. The staff clearly care about their residents. Each day brings a host of events and activities. The resident rooms are bright and extremely spacious, notably large kitchen and large bathrooms. The premises themselves are very well maintained and offer a gift shop and a bar/ lounge. I'm sure there are many things I am failing to include here, simply because I've only been to Brightview a limited number of times. That said, in my limited opinion, this is as good as it gets for retirement living.
