What a lovely facility with even lovelier people. We looked at several places when it was time for mom to move to assisted living. Once we stepped into Bentley we knew we’d found home. Beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff is wonderfully helpful, professional and kind. Christine was especially helpful during the entire transition process and every staff member goes out of their way to help. Mom moved in in January and is adjusting well, meeting new people and making friends. She loves her apartment’ and I know is she is safe and well cared for. Lots of community involvement and an extensive activities program. I can’t imagine mom being anyplace else.

Where do I begin to say how very thrilled our family is with Bentley Assisted Living at Branchville? We were lucky enough that a room was available for our needs at just the right time. The facility is very well kept and managed. The staff is off the charts caring, compassionate and kind. Their patience with their patients is unbelievable. Their support for family members is overwhelmingly kind. They just seem to lock in on each family’s situation and take the time to manage both the patient and family members. There aren’t enough words to express their kindness and support. The facility is warm, welcoming, clean and just lovely. We can’t thank the entire staff enough for taking care of our family when it was so needed.

Bently is a fantastic place for a senior to live. The staff always has a genuine smile and knows just about every one buy first names and that means everyone. My sister has been a resident fir a long time and well cared for. I highly recommend them. Personally having been a nurse the worked in a nursing home there is no comparison. Go to Bently. Clean, fantastic food, great atmosphere, always something to do.

My experience from the beginning until this day has been incredible. Bentley of Branchville was recommended by friends, neighbors and our family doctor. They have provided excellent care for my loved one. The staff is kind, caring and welcoming. They made a very difficult decision & move much easier for our entire family. The minute you walk through the door you are treated with empathy and respect. The administrators made the time to answer all our questions and concerns. They graciously provided multiple tours so siblings who live a distance could visit at a convenient time and learn about the community. My mother was welcomed warmly from the intake interview through move in. The apartment warming gift was thoughtful and appreciated. The nursing staff and aides are top-notch providing excellent care. The entire building is well-maintained and clean. The chef provides delicious and nutritious meals and goes out of his way to ensure a positive dining experience. There are many activities and forms of entertainment. A few favorites include games of Bingo, arts and crafts and live entertainment. The recreation director encourages all the residents to participate if they wish. Holidays are celebrated with special meals and activities. Families are welcome to attend and enjoy time with their families. Residents are always treated with love and respect. They are also pampered with hair care and manicures which I refer to as retiring in style. Living locally for over 30 years, I had never heard a negative comment from anyone and now I know why. Bentley has lived up to their stellar reputation and meet all of our needs. I am equally impressed with their community outreach that provides programs for local residents. My mom recently moved into Bentley Assisted Living.. it was a big move for her and she had some ambivalence about making this new living change. Well she has adjusted tremendously and is now thriving at the age of 89! She and all of her family continuously say we haven’t seen her this happy in a while. We all attribute this to the loving care, kindness , compassion all the staff has given her and has made her feel like part of their family. She loves participating in the activities and enjoys her down time in her beautiful cozy room. She comments the food is great and everyone could not be more helpful.. kudos to all of you at Bentley for helping my mom adjust and love her new place!. Her family deeply appreciates everything you do! We are so thankful our mom and Oma is in such a great place, safe and having a great time in this next chapter of her life! We highly recommend this facility to all!

Our mom moved into Bentley at Branchville at the end of February. Since then we have felt like part of the family there. The building itself is cozy and homey but it is the people most of all. You are always greeted with a warm hello and the care the aides put in with the residents is truly something we are grateful for.

My sister Judy has been at Bentley Assisted Living in Branchville for nearly three years, and I am so grateful to the staff and administrators for the care and comfort that she has received from them over this time. This personal time is especially important to me and my wife since we live just outside of Boston and find it increasingly difficult to make the trip to Branchville. After touring numerous assisted living facilities in the area, I toured Bentley Assisted Living in Branchville. I instantly knew it was the best choice for my mother. The facility reminds me of living in a college dorm. My mother is more active now than she has been for many years. Bentley makes it a point to have scheduled activities all throughout the day to keep the residents active and mentally stimulated. The staff is outstanding and really do care for the residents. I know my mother is taking her medication, eating, is clean and most importantly safe. Zero regrets on moving my mother to Bentley. My mother has been there for 3 months. She is 95 and did not want to lose her independence. From day one, she was welcomed and felt at ease. The staff is extremely helpful to both residents and family members , they interact with residents all the time. My mother is checked on every few hours and is always encouraged to join the many, many activities they provide . I am very pleased with Bentley. One more thing: the food is DELISH!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice of moving my mother-in-law to Bentley Assisted Living in Branchville. It’s small enough that she gets personalized attention, and there are several activities to keep the residents occupied each day. They host several events throughout the year at no cost to the families that help to instill that feeling of home and belonging. It gives mom some independence while also giving her support as she progresses with Alzheimer’s Disease.

Bentley Assisted Living is a gem. Our family has experienced care quality, patient empathy and family partnership. Health care is personal and so is the Bentley team. They make it priority to know the patients background, what's important to them and their family, including the details that make such a difference. They keep everyone aligned on priorities and work together and with the family to ensure the patient is afforded the best possible living experience despite the circumstances that necessitate the need for assisted living services. We have been impressed with how everyone from the business people to the caregivers function as one, supporting each other in a way that puts the patient first. That is rare in our experience. Engagement among the leadership and staff is high, communication is excellent and the holistic focus on care and comfort is consistently excellent. Being in the healthcare industry, I have a sense of what good looks like and the service issues that many care organizations have, in particular in caring for those who are the most vulnerable, such as the elderly. We couldn't be more pleased or confident in placing our dad in the care of the Bentley team. It's not easy for us or any family to make this move and certainly a challenge to provide the best services. If there is ever an issue, we know we can successfully work through it. We are a team.

I just want to say How happy we are that my mom is in the Bentley Assisted Living Center. She was living alone and it really wasn’t safe. Originally I wanted mom to stay in her own home but we both decided on the Bentley. My mom is flourishing there. She was always very outgoing but time living alone wasn’t making her happy. Living there now she has made so many friends and now she stays involved with all the activities. My family feels very safe now . We are very happy for her. ‘

Bentley Assisted Living is amazing in every aspect. From the friendly and helpful staff to the caring and knowledgeable medical team to everyone including all the residents who made our loved one feel "at home" from day one. There are an abundant of activities the residents can choose from or they can just relax on the front porch with other residents in a beautiful, peaceful country setting. Bentley provide meals, laundry service, mail, cleaning, and 24/7 nursing staff and if a resident oversleeps at mealtime they will actually go and wake them up. Bentley thought of everything! There is no need for us to worry. The Bentley staff couldn't be any nicer to our family and we totally trust them to care for our loved one.

My husband and I have had 3 loved ones at Bentley Assisted Living in Branchville over the last six years, one of which is still living there! The facility is wonderful, they are our extended family. Everyone is professional, skilled, caring and great communicators! Mom is on their memory care unit which adds a whole different dimension to things and we could not be happier with her care. Sadly we lost an aunt and a father but the Bentley staff worked seamlessly with hospice and our family to make their passings beautiful. We are forever grateful to all the staff!!!

Bentley Assisted Living is a beautiful, home-like community in a scenic, quiet area. Assisted Living and Memory Care are offered with a wide-variety of services and amenities including meals, housekeeping, care assistance and medication management. The staff are compassionate and take great care of the residents. The community is bright, beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The memory care community is secure and the residents are able to walk outside on the fenced-in walking path. This community has been doing very well with keeping the residents and employees safe during the pandemic. They are now allowing visitation! The residents are also able to leave their rooms to enjoy the vast variety of activities and the amazing dining experience. There is always something fun to do at Bentley!

I have seen so many caring employees, delisous food, and happy residents here. An amazing place to volunteer at or work for. The building is immaculately clean and equally as beautiful. The view from their solarium is breathtaking. I would not hesitate to put anyone I cared about in the loving hands of this premiere assisted living facility!

My dad has been here for a couple of years now. The grounds are well maintained the inside is very clean and have very nice areas where you can go and have your visit. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. A note to other city folk like myself the deer and bear own the roads up there so be alert, last time I came out of the driveway there was a medium black bear right in the middle of the road 5 feet out out the driveway, moved when he wanted to not because you were there.
