Great Team, Great Place, my daughter works at Cedar Creek as a QMA and she has said it's like one big family. She’s proud to be part of a team that cares so deeply for the residents, and it shows in everything they do. I had the chance to attend the Carnival they hosted not too long ago and my two youngest really enjoyed theirselves.

The only stars are for the few good people that still work there. It was bought out and has gone downhill since. Promises of improvements have been empty and things like the food gets worse.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Cedar Creek on multiple occasions and every time I am greeted warmly. There are always activities going on and staff are never far to assist you in whatever you may need.

There are a few staff members that go above and beyond the call of duty for the residents. So grateful for the love and compassion they show all the residents and family members. Betty- nurse. Yoko- nurse and front office and Esther- QMA/CNA. Thank you for all you do!

I have been apart of the Cedar Creek for 7 months now. I was instantly blown away by how beautiful the facility is itself! Not to mention how truly Great the Staff is. They all welcomed me with open arms. They really go above and beyond for their Residents! I am so proud to be apart of such an amazing Team! I would recommend this facility to one of my loved ones if they were in need!

Becoming the new DSD here was one of the best decisions I have made! Getting new people in and one gentleman came in after not eating breakfast at his previous place due to bad experience, comes down to try breakfast one morning and says to me after his meal"this is probably the best bacon and breakfast I have had in a very long time, keep doing what your doing!" And you know what? He hasn't missed a breakfast since he has joined us here! The positive feed back from them all goes to show, we are doing things right here at Cedar Creek!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The personnel are so caring for both the residents and their families. As soon as we walked in to take a tour, we knew immediately this was the place where our mother would be cared for and safe. We finally feel like we can take a breath again. The facility is gorgeous and very clean. Our mother loves the food (especially the cheesecake!). I highly recommend Cedar Creek of Washington!!

Emerald Place is a beautiful facility. Very kind employees that really focus on every individual resident. We are very happy we found such a nice facility. This is a smaller facility, and I would recommend taking a tour and meeting the great team here. They truly put major effort into making the transition as easy as possible.

We had a health issue with my mom and Cedar Creek worked with us to get mom partially moved in 2 days early. All of the staff are extremely courteous, always smiling and willing to help and really enjoy their jobs. My mom who wasn't eating hardly anything prior to moving in is now eating three meals a day and appears to be stronger in just 3 days. Mom says the food is really good. This is an excellent facility and I would recommend it to anyone. If I needed assisted living and lived in Washington I would definitely move in here. My sister and I joke that we are going to kick mom out and move in and share the twin bed because the place is so nice, comfy and home like atmosphere. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!!!!!!!!!

I have a very high opinion of Emerald Place. They took care of 2 of my close relatives for many years, like they were their own family. Very attentive to resident's needs and went out of their way to please them. Beautiful surroundings and the meals were very good. When I was unable to be there everyday, I didn't worry about the care being received. The staff is exceptional, very caring.

If I could give 10 stars for this 5 star rating I would. Emerald Place has been like family for us, first with our grandmother in the early days and now with our mother. Especially during this COVID 19 mess, Van and her staff, every last one of them, have gone out of their way to ease fears, isolation and uncertainty with residents. They have figured out how to bring joy and keeping to mostly normal routines in this frightening time. They lead exercise classes in the hallways to social distance. They have continued personal care services when outsiders are not allowed in. They have made special days like Mothers Day even more special since families couldnt visit. I could list numerous other examples. Suffice it to say, the staff and leadership at Emerald Place is outstanding! 10 Stars! our family appreciates the excellent care they perform every day.

They take very good care of my mother and I am especially thankful for the attention they have given to all of their residents during the pandemic. Its peace of mind for me knowing my mom is in good hands.

My Mother is 99 and has lived in Emerald Place for about a year. She loves living here. The people are friendly and when she needs help there is always someone there to help. I would highly recommend Emerald Place not only is my Mom happy it puts the families mind at ease too.

I have been with Emerald Place since before it's beginning. Our staff are kind, caring,compassionate and professional. We are one big family and the care and love show when visiting. We are licensed by the Indiana Dept of health, which allows us to care for your love one thru the end of life and helps prevent nursing home placement. Pets are welcome and loved too. The best Assisted Living Community in Washington, IN! The staff are the most caring workers I have seen. They genuinely care for their residents. When I starting working here, I was pleasantly surprised at the staff and atmosphere. I have worked in senior care for 6 years and I have never worked for a place that cared for the whole person, from independent living to high care and memory care needs, as well as Emerald Place does.

I have worked at Emerald Place for 2 years and absolutely love it! The staff are very friendly and always willing to pitch in a lend a hand. The residents are wonderful and loved dearly. The facility is beautiful and well kept. I've worked in long term care for 20 years and this is by far the best place I have worked. We are all a family here and I recommend anyone to stop by and meet our big loving family here at Emerald Place!

I have worked at Emerald Place for over a year. For the first time in a long time, I enjoy going to work. It feels like a home away from home! Everyone is loving and friendly.

I have worked at Emerald Place for 9 months and have seen great friendships between staff and staff with residents. This is a big family atmosphere, sometimes dysfunctional, but mostly fun and loving! Good food, fun activities with outings and wonderful CNA's, with longevity of staff and residents. I too have had family live here and they were treated with the utmost respect and care. Even two years after his passing, the staff still speaks fondly of him.

I have worked at Emerald Place for 2 years and I love it! It has it's ups and downs but it's also so rewarding. I walk in every morning and I am greeted with a smile and a hello from all the residents. We're all one big family and you can feel the love when you walk through the doors.
