My parents moved into Brookdale on October 9th of last year. We have been very happy with the facility and services provided. My mother moved into Brookdale Reidsville in July of 2022. I've been quite pleased with the staff, administration, and the care she receives on a daily basis. They NEVER are too busy to talk to you or to listen to your concerns. It really means a lot when you don't live in Reidsville. Everyone treats the resident's family as though they were their own family members. Mom enjoys the weekly activities as well as the field trips that residents may go on. Reidsville is very fortunate to have a facility of this caliber for those in need of assisted living.

Brookdale Reidsville is the best place I've ever worked. The whole staff is friendly and professional, and the building is clean. Everyone seems at home. I worked in 2 long term care facilities before joining the team at Brookdale, and every day I learn something new about it that makes me happy to be here.

My father was at Brookdale for an extended period of time and Brookdale staff became a part of our family. I am so grateful for the care, compassion, and assistance they provided my Dad during his time there. I see negative reviews and I can't help but think that people don't understand the multitude of regulatory rules and policies that ALF must adhere to in NC. They do their very best to go above and beyond for their community of residents while also abiding by the rules and regulations they must follow. We were given compassion, professionalism, and a level of caring I couldn't find other places. I always felt that the staff truly cared and loved my Dad and always acted in his best interest. The cost of this level of care is high, but that is not the fault of Brookdale, that is the senior services continuum of care in America and the system of services at play. For the peace of mind that Brookdale offers, it was worth every penny. I appreciate Brookdale Reidsville beyond words and am so grateful to have had them watching over my father his final years with us.

My daughter and I had to move my mother in law from Virginia. It was not an easy transition She would stay behind locked doors sleeping 16 hours a day and wanting to eat TV dinners. We begged her to move here with us but she Refused. She was 3 hours away. We were all about to have a nervous breakdown. We talked to Crystal and Tracy and moved her in about a week later. She was really homesick at first but with the staff and administrators at Brookdale they worked with her mentally and physically and now she brags about everyone and Loves her meals! She says they have the best meals and looks forward to them. Thank you for all you have done and all you continue to do a year later

I worked her YEARS ago when it was known as Carolina House. I loved my job because the residents were thoroughly taken care of and always came first. Now 17 years later, I’ve come full circle and am back in their community as their nurse. I can’t tell you what a blessing their residents and staff are. I would feel at ease knowing my loved ones were here.

My husband Jerry and myself have been going to Brookdale for over a year now, playing our music and singing gospel music for the residents and all I can say is everyone has always been awesome!! We enjoy the residents and staff. The staff always take care of us and the way we see the way the staff cares for the residents and the caring you can feel it, just makes it a special place for us to go visit.

Brookdale of Reidsville will always be Carolina House to me, but the name doesn't matter as much as how the residents are treated and how they enjoy it. We feel our Mom and Uncle are treated well and are enjoying themselves. We feel they are safe there and get to interact with more people their own age, as well as the younger workers there. Trips out are important to some and they do get to go somewhere at least once a week. Some like bingo and other games and they get those too. It's just a great family there.

I couldn't have found a more caring, loving community for my Mom to live in. Leaving home had to be hard , but she considered the Carolina House her home and loved a the staff and made a lot of friends there. I'd recommend Carolina House to anyone having to move a parent because of dementia or Alzheimer's ......God bless you all !!!!!
