I had a friend that stayed in this place in 5 months. He lost 72 pounds. He was malnourished and doped up. When the case manager came to see him, he was in the room by himself. No one in there with him. He was having seizure like activities and ended in the hospital. When I went back to get his belongings, they had changed the lock ion only his door then lie to me, the young lady that worked there had told me. They changed locks and other doors when I asked to show me the other locks they change. She said, I don't know if I could do that.I said why I could see them all just walking though here. Then she could not find the key to the new lock that was put on the door. The owner [name removed] then came and did not have a key to it as well. Told me that he changed the lock because it was sticking two different stories. They literally had to kick the door in. Then once I got in the room, his comforter set was missing, I asked, where did it go? They said nobody came in there the door was locked. Well it was on to bed, I said, what happened to it. They had no explanation. The workers here are liars.The owner is a liar? The place is absolutely filthy. His mattress pad was stained of s***, it never was changed. This place and the workers are despicable. I went there one time, and there was a hand print bruise on his chest. They told his case manager that I might have put it on there when then I took him for a walk. Put the picture of the bruise was yellow? That means it was a healing bruise. The place is absolutely filthy. And unsafe

A Great place for Seniors. Great staff. Great food. Home llike Environment. A Physician comes in Monthly and is easily available at other times.

Tall oaks is a Wonderful Assisted living facility. It is a rare gem. With wonderful loving staff and the house it's self is amazing!! You could not get a more relaxing view and they're are deer in the back yard.
