For the past year, the entire Memory Care staff have provided excellent care for my Mom during her stay. They consistently go above and beyond in loving, caring for, and managing the care of their residents. Brittany, Bonnie, and Amy are always available for any questions or concerns, which is a huge comfort. I now consider the staff as "part of my family".

I have had a sister-in-law reside their for quite a while a few years ago, and now my sister is there. She has been there since April 1, 2021. All the staff has been very friendly. She does not have a phone in her room)per her request), and they are always ready and willing to get a message to her.

For the money the quality of care is substandard. I wish they had more concern for the quality of the staff and cared for residents as if they were their own family member. Before signing your loved one up for Brookdale, ask a lot of questions about the training of CNA's and med techs and only believe half of what you're told about the amazing services. Spa tub doesn't work, it doesn't matter what foods you carefully put down for your loved one- they serve whatever they want- it doesn't matter what their hobbies are because they won't do it any longer. Brookdale decides the activities based on groups, not individuals. Then the residents become more and more inactive. It's sad. There are usually about 20% of the staff who are excellent- and those people are truly special.

I have worked with the marketing director for this community for many years. Her compassion, respect, dedication, love and care for the residents, families, and co-workers has always been phenomenal. Her heart truly goes in to every aspect of her job.

I am so grateful to have been referred to this community for my grandmother! In such a delicate time, we knew it was the perfect place for her to call home and receive the best care. My mother, who is 91 has been at Peachtree since February after being basically ousted from another facility in Mooresville. Apparently she needed more assisting than they were willing to provide at that facility. Peachtree has been absolutely wonderful to mom and they have gone out of there way to make sure she feels and is cared for and acknowledged in a friendly and respectful manner. All the staff I have had an dealings with from the top to the bottom of the totem pole have been equally friendly and helpful and supportive. They have gone beyond just the minimum expected.

My dad is at Brookdale Peachtree. We visited all local facilities and he chose Peachtree. He knew to pick the best! Every single person - from the director, activities director, receptionist,nurse, kitchen staff, med techs - just everyone - is absolutely amazing. They are so patient and kind. When I visit, I am inspired to be a better person!

My mom is at this facility. I and my family have dealt with Peachtree for many years. Our grandmother was here too. Very well cared for site. I highly recommend this assisted living place. I rest easy now knowing mom is in a safe, clean environment. Thanks for being there, and acting quickly to get her in.
