It's hard to believe I've been at Serenity a year already. I am so thankful to be there and have such wonderful neighbors. I can't thank the staff enough for welcoming me into this community. I absolutely love it here and love the staff and neighbors. 🙂

Just a moment to let you know, I live here in Serenity and I don't need to give a good review if it's not justified these folks here are some of the most amazing folks the neighbors that I have a great caring I care for them also, I've been here about six months and I've loved every minute of it The staff is perfect Jamal and Karmyn and see them and if you're over 55 with your welcome, you will be part of the family here and we have a good time and it's a very safe environment and very quiet. It's just a beautiful place and security and everything Maintenance is perfect, what a great place to live come and see us God bless Ron

The Property has new renovated units available now that are spacious and the staff is so pleasant. I feel really comfortable with my mother residing here.

Staff Carmen and Jamal very nice and always helpful. I love my 1 BR Apt. Since Serenity has asked for review, I am responding with utmost kindness. When I moved here 2 months ago everything was great except Common areas the aundry center and trash receptacle. I thought when my lease ended I would be moving. I could not believe the condition of these 2 Common areas. And the hallways were not clean. A week ago I saw Housekeeping people for 1st time in 2 months. They mentioned they had been at other properties? Common areas improved after Housekeeping here. Common areas are used so much everyday. Every 2 months is not sufficient to clean. I am hoping to see Common areas Housekeeping a priority in coming days. I am thankful Serenity Apts is affordable with my limited income. Thank you for this opportunity to let Management know about Common areas.

Wonderful place to live. Management is great and wants the best for the residents. Maintenance is excellent and never had any problems that was not immediately addressed.

Thank you Jamal and Clarence for your quick response to my ac not working this past weekend. I called rather my neighbor Charles called Friday late afternoon to Jamal and he had Clarence at my door bright and early Saturday morning. It took until Monday to finally get it reminded completely. But you guys never gave up until it was working properly. I appreciate you Jamal, Carmen and Clarence for all you do to make my home comfortable. I've been here since November 2023 and I love it here. My neighbors and management are great. Thank you for a great place to live. Were the people care about each other.

If you are planning a move to another apartment, consider Serenity of West Columbia. I have lived here for just one year and have found the management & the maintenance personnel exceptional. Carmen, Jamal & Clarence go out of their way to make your"home" comfortable. I had my a/c stop during the night & Clarence was at my door the next morning & it was fixed right away. Thank you Serenity of West Columbia!!

Moved to SERENITY apts in April. Really love living here. Very quiet and the manager Jamal is super helpful with all of your needs. I recommend SERENITY place to anyone that's wants a very friendly and safe place to live!!!!

I really have enjoyed the stay here in this 55 and older community. Jamal and Carmen have outstanding hospitality skills. Also it is peaceful and quiet. I have no intentions of living anywhere else. Bravo

I love living here at serenity. This is a very quiet and peaceful place to live. Jamall is very helpful and he ensures that everything around here is taken carr of… I would recommend this place to all of my friends. The only thing I have a problem with is that it has taken over 7 months to get my ceiling in my bathroom fixed and it still hasn't been repaired. Just can't get maintenance issues done. I still have other things that need to be focused on. Like I said I love living here I just renewed my lease in February I just want things fixed instead of getting the run around. It shouldn't be this way.

From the first phone call, Jamall and Laparis were very cordial and helpful. The apartments are in the process of being renovated and look great. This community seems ideal for my elderly father. I look forward to moving him in.

I am happy with the care from this community. The staff is caring. This is a clean community and we like that they have a patio in her room that she does enjoy. The menu is appealing and we like the cleanliness of the community. They offer a nice menu. Activities are offered the residents that were to participate. We would recommend this community for the great value and care that is offered.

Carolina Gardens at West Columbia is a wonderful community where you always feel right at home. From the front line staff to the management team, everyone really cares for the residents and takes pride in the love and care that they provide to their residents. The food is wonderful and the options they offer are healthy and delicious. If you are on the line about a community, I highly recommend going in, touring the community and sitting down for a meal. You wont look any further.
