Sunrise Senior Living is a wonderful facility. Tiffany gave me a tour, and she was SO GENUINE & SINCERE and so very helpful answering all of my questions. The building has many private areas for residents to hang out in, is so CLEAN and FRESH, and the residents I saw looked so happy and content. The room I saw was large, spacious, bright, and clean. The facility is conveniently located near many shopping areas, including the Roseville Mall, but it was still peaceful and quiet. Even though I ended up choosing a different facility a little closer to my home, I know my mother would have loved Sunrise Senior Living.

My great-aunt recently moved in here and we were very impressed at how helpful and accommodating the staff were with the transition. The director even invited us for dinner the first night and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food.

My Uncle went to Sunrise of Roseville for respite care after having a stroke. He made the decision to remain living at Sunrise until his passing. The staff are kind and caring, he truly enjoyed getting to know them, as did I, during the two years he lived there. His room had everything he wanted and he enjoyed the variety of meals offered, especially the turkey dinner, through the meal service. Coffee and snacks are always available too. My Uncle was immobile and tended not to socialize much, but there are plenty of social activities offered through Sunrise and I would see many residents enjoying themselves and socializing. The grounds are well kept and there is a wonderful 4 season porch and outside sitting areas where you can enjoy being outside. There is also a nice library and community sitting rooms where residents and family can visit. Overall it is a pleasant community and facility to live and visit. Thank you to all the Sunrise of Roseville caregivers for taking care of my Uncle.

Our move in to Sunrise was not a typical move. My dad was recovering from stent placement and was having issues. After several hospital stays and rehab, he finally moved into Sunrise. During his assessment, the nurses thought he might have an UTI so he was sent to the ER. The prognosis was correct but as he was being treated in the hospital for his infection, his health was slowly declining. After several days he was released and sent back to Sunrise, but instead of assisted living he was now in hospice care. The care and comfort the nurse and aid staff provided during his last days was beyond what I was expecting. He was always comfortable and was checked on several times an hour, made comfortable by changing his position and made sure he wasnt in pain. The staff checked on me also to make sure I was well. Thank you Sunrise staff for your concern and care. The staff was very friendly and were talking and laughing with each other, which I cant say about other places I had visited. Dad would have liked living at Sunrise.

We are full time care givers for my mother-in-law and needed a vacation. After much research for respite care facilities, we landed on Sunrise of Roseville. She spent two weeks there enjoying her own mini vacation. We felt completely at ease leaving Mom and every report we received from her was excellent. She is still talking about how great the food and staff was. She especially loved her primary caregiver, Roger. He even took the time to introduce himself to us and tell us stories about Mom when we were packing to leave. He said he adored her and had a great connection with her. The feeling was definitely mutual and it was bittersweet watching them say goodbye to each other.Having a good team that really value what they do and bring joy to the residents is honestly rare. We will definitely use Sunrise of Roseville again for our next vacation.

Such a welcome for our dear aunt - many, many staff members came to her room to help her feel at home. Shes been there almost two weeks now and, even though she didnt ever want to be in assisted living, she seems to be enjoying dining with others, exercises and visiting. Thanks for taking good care of our aunt!

Sunrise of Roseville has truly been a great experience for our family. The decision about making a move wasnt an easy one, but every staff member went above and beyond what we could have hoped for in making the transition a success. We felt very supported throughout the process and we couldnt be happier knowing how well dad has been cared for these past few months.

Currently searching options for my Mom and Brother to move here to Minnesota - this community is so wonderful! Beautiful accommodations, Friendly staff, Happy residents and great security features to help family feel confident they made the right choice! **** EDITING THIS REVIEW AFTER 30 DAY STAY-- The Facility is lovely, its hard for the family members not to fall in love with the lay out. But for the residents (at least my brother) the physical setting means little. It has A LOT of residents, and a lot of confusion for those already suffering from memory loss. There is NO security at the front door, if you need your person to be safe from wandering, they can only be on the 3rd floor locked down. There are some really nice staff there, but a lack of communication and a serious lack of building the bridge between your loved one and staff and family members. I believe they are working out some things now, so for those that have no worries of medical needs, or dementia-alzheimers issues- its a nice place. We need a smaller community and he is flourishing there!

I had a crisis situation last December where I needed to find immediate memory care accommodations for both my aunt and uncle. Sunrise was extremely responsive and was able to admit them to a beautiful, sunny shared apartment.My relatives are still with it enough to speak to me about the care theyre receiving, and—except for the inconsistent food quality during COVID—they have zero complaints. The caregivers and kind and helpful. The nursing staff has been there for a long time, which in an industry of high turnover really says something about the organization. And the current executive director has been outstanding with her regular communication about whats happening during COVID, and has protected residents from any outbreaks.I hardly ever leave reviews … but Ive been talking so much to friends and family about how lucky I feel to have my relatives at Sunrise of Roseville (especially during the pandemic), I thought I should share my experience widely.

I would highly recommend Sunrise to anyone looking for Assisted Living for their loved one. I was so impressed with the high quality of care they provide. Sunrise is a beautiful, bright, cheery place. They offer so much it's hard to list everything. When you look at the photos, you can see that residents have lots of options within the building to encourage them to not just stay in their room. Many areas that give the feel of being in your living room, a four season porch across the front with lots of space to enjoy the sun (which is especially great in the winter), a dining room with real linens, great food and many choices, an outside gazebo and walking area...there are too many to mention them all. In short, if you're looking for a great place for a loved one, this is it. They provided exemplary quality of care, kindness, understanding and dignity to my mom. Thank you to everyone there.

Staff took great care of my grandparents. They were always very friendly and welcoming when ever I had came to visit. The establishment was very clean and offered lots of amenities to their residence. The staff does an all around great job of providing care , dignity and respect to all their seniors. As a frequent visitor I would have appreciated better parking arrangements. They only offer 3 visitor spots in front near the entrance. And had a smaller lot in the back however with typical rain and snow. It wasnt always the most pleasant walk to the front entrance . Would consider offering another secured back entrance for visitors not just employees.

I work here strictly on weekends, but I can proudly say that the staff and residents are some of the friendliest, lighthearted, and helpful people you will ever meet. From the first day I started here, everyone has been welcoming and very kind to me. The employees have a lot of respect for one another, and the leadership staff (Angela, Mike, Lisa, Kaela, etc.) all treat me as an equal member of the team. I highly recommend taking your loved ones here, and if you visit on Saturday/Sunday, feel free to introduce yourself to me at the front desk! Hope this helps. TL;DR - Awesome place to live/work. Highly recommend.
